[Resolved]  Done Card — Don't Take Done card Agency

I uday kanth has taken Agency of Done card I had a very Bad Experience with it, I paid Indicom bill, by mistake I entered wrong Account No I kept a request to Customer care of Done card at the beginning stage they dint even gave reply for my mail after so long after many mail finally the they replayed me saying it will be refunded soon in to my Account they are keeping on saying the same many times but I dint get my refund so far and at customer care they dint give any response for the mails of Agents also. They are really shameless and lazy fallows. Don’t take this agency, as an Agent am feeling shame to say this.

i think its your mistake that you have entered wrong a/c no.Its not done card's responsibility.
this is a compleety fraud company all members & jobholders are know better that their job is cheeting with every person.
firstly they use every ways of cheeting for withdrol mony frome custumers after that they donot reply.every consultant & contect numbers of this company is [censored] and u will not found any responseble person in all company.

we are doing this business last 3 and half year we have 35000 agent and 40 lacs custumer network all india . we are number one in india selling rail ticket through irctc. now how to say froud company we are open 24 hour call centre to agnent support at[protected] . you may contact there .
i wish to take retailer in coimbatore. if there is any complaints in dealing with donecard pl. inform me. All the best.

dear all, this is a very confussion stage here. some body says its good, some body says its fake. if i want to get this agentship, so what should i believe. can u pls tell me that the deposite money will be refund or not????
I also had the same experiance long back. By believing them I recharged my BSNL mobile with recharge currency of Rs.337/-. But it was not credited. I complained to them by mail and over phone. But it was not refunded to me or currrency credited to my mobile.

I dont think so that Done card is a bad company as because i know how much efforts they put to resolve each & every case.The customer care executives are really doing a good job.People don't know how to utilize the benefits which they are getting.People dont talk what is good.If the service which Done card is providing is bad than why more than 40, 000 agent and 40 lacs customer are using this services.The customer care executives are so polite with the customers & they are always ready to help.I think that this service is best.
The people who hav written all those stuff are stupid enough to fake stuff about call center . They are hardly aware of the officers who work for donecard Playing blame games is very easy Plz try to pinpoint yourself first and then point fingers on others All the customers and the distributors are fool who hav forwarded dese complaints...PLZ CALL AT 6684 6684 And the customer care is open 24 X 7 not till 8.00 to 8.00 ...
The distributors who have forwarded this complaint must have never been polite humble or nice to the call center officers they are hardly aware of the pain and hardwork that the officers go through so the distributors should not forward dese complaints and blame the company and spoil the reputation coz it is not good for the profit of the compant ADVICE FOR THE DISTRIBUTORS- PLZ SPEAK POLITELY TO THE CALL CENTER OFFICERS AND THEN EXPECT THE SAME.
i am a done card distributor and im happy with services and feedback they provide me with...
I tokk a donecard agency for booking railway E tickets and other services 2 years back. when I noticed above coments on M/s. Donecard when using bill payments and mobile recharge we should careful while entering account no. and mobile nos. this is entirely a customers mistake and not a company mistake.
While using IRCTC for booking it takes a lot of time for booking.

When compare to other company's M/s. Done Card services are good and satisfactory, any body interested in taking agency or channel partner Please.do it fast.

The worst agency in the India. I have taken agency 2 months back. They have not provided sign board till date. No proper response on call centre. no reply from Managers. It is really worst thing i had done in my life. One Stop Shop Agency means once you gave their agency fees, they will stop to look at you.
