I make payment some time this show the error invalid id and password .

i mr prashant sharma i am authorised agent of done card by calling, so many time to call centre telno.by emailing so many time.sometime they disconnect the phone.i can show from my email id without opening the email .they deleted the mail .after promising given from call centre that the complaint will be solve fromcoming monday .nothing worked has done.i am very very very very not satifised with service +with distub tor of our area tel.[protected]/28150573

maine donecard utility ltd.mumbai ke naam[protected] ko 15000.00 ki dd bana kar diya tha. parantu mujhe aaj tak irctc ka licence tatha id paasward nahi prapt hua hai.mujhe sudhir agrawal, paras parisar rathor chawk raipur ke dwara distributor code-ld00005564, loginname-lala tatha passward -123 diya gaya tha.irctc ke site per jane me tatha apna pin code-484446 enter karne per mera ditails uplabdh hai.updatatebhi nahi ho raha hai.
meri uprokt samasya ka hal karne ki kripa kare jisse ki irctc ki ticket booking ke sath annya suvidha ka labh le saku.
