[Resolved]  don't know — burning of leaves & garbage in moti nagar, delhi

We are suffering from burning of leaves & garbage in our area, which is moti nagar, new delhi.
Night watchman's at night burn any thing they get hold of in winter time.
Leaves are burned where & by whom we don't know but the smoke fills in our house in all these cases & stays in for long time.
Result is that we all in this house suffer health wise.
We want this to be stopped permanently & immediately, as to best of our knowledge these things are banned by law & we don't know where to complaint about it
