With due respect, i;dr. sangeeta gupta want to state that i have passed out b. h. m. s. from ghazipur homoeopathic medical college, ghazipur u. p.in 2003 having enrollment no-9752296 & roll no - 183. i have applied for my degree certificate in 17/6/2011 to agra university, deposited all necessary documents & demand draft ;having registration no-b-2198.
After completion of my medical graduation i have done medical practice & job in my native place that is varanasi, after marriage live in mumbai, for practice or job in mumbai i need to be registered in (maharashtra homoeopathic council) for which i need my degree certificate from agra university without this i became unable for practice or job, in present time i am not doing anything and sitting home.
After submission of application of degree certificate form ; i have contacted many time but every time there was not a satisfactory answers ;during this period i have suffered mental & social harassment.
Therefore i request to you please sand my degree certificate as soon as possible.
