Dr Batras — Medical neglect and breach of trust [Resolved]
I have been taking the treatment with Dr. Batra’s for my Rheumatoid Arthritis for almost a year now.
I had started my treatment when it was in the early stages. I ve been telling the doctors during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significient improvement. My RA became worse in Jan and my left wrist was swollen very badly and extremely painful and fingers immovable. Since it had become worse and showed no signs of improvement even after 9 months of treatment I had no option but to go to Kerala and start Ayurvedic treatment. Now, my Rheumatoid Arthritis is very much under control.
At Dr. Batra’s I have always requested in being diagnosed by some senior Doctors which did not happened. Then I have been wanting to talk to Dr. Batra himself for advice but, despite several request their staff refused to put me on to him. This is very unethical because, every patient has the right to fall upon the Doctor when he or she is helpless. This is a breach of trust. I hope Dr Batra takes note of this and does the needful so that in future Dr Batras lives upto the ADS that promise cures for almost all illnesses.

Dr. Batra's did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
