[Resolved] Dr. Batra's Positive Health Clinic — Non-refund of money even when no treatment was taken.

I went to Dr. batra's positive health clinic at kormangla, bangalore on 03/06/2010 for hair loss treatment and made an advance payment of Rs.4000 through my debit card.My patient code is[protected]. Bill no. is KOR�[protected] .On getting pathetic feedback from other patients i changed my mind to continue with the treatment the very next day. I had a discussion with DR. RADHIKA BHONSLE who promised me full refund of the money within 45 days. Its been more than 50 days and everytime i call or visit the clinic the same employee who pissed me every hour for the remaining balance does not respond properly to the calls and visit.

My treatment was never started and it was discontinued because only 4 months advance was given but what they were looking at was a full 12 month fee before even starting the treatment.

Please help me in getting my hard earned money back. Thank you.

the only way u can get your money refunded from this (these) is by approaching their any clinic on either sat/sunday, usually days when lot of new patients come through advertisements, and then shouting and making a scene in the reception (dont be fooled to be ushered in any cabin by any senior doctor). I know this because i was one of their ex workers and left because of double standards in the management concerned and their lack of sensitiveness to employees and patients alike. why making a scene helps is because they fear that u would take away a lot of their potential "bakras." Just to let u know that anyone who got refunded here, was very tough on these guys, rest the softies never got a penny back apart from promises and fake assurances.

They are just a fake doctors robbing pple of their hard earned money and precious time!!!
Pple never ever go to them, especially for hair related problems!! I have been their bakra since the past 4 years!! But not anymore!!
I had made the payment in advance for 2 years, and hence I was forced to stay there!

And let me tell you there has not been any improvement in my hair at all, except for the fact that it has reduced even more!!
All they do is make false promises, and trap the innocent pple .
Infact they dont even follow a proper hygiene.The lady who puts some liquid and combs everybody s hair, doesnt even clean it after every patient .Infact I saw it once, and I made her clean it before she did mine!!
I so wish I could file a case against them or something, but now I am going and writing a review about them everywhere.
Hope so other pple dont get trapped in their "chikni chupri baatein"!!!
