[Resolved] Driving License — rto office don't provide card licence

RTO office dont provide card licence in gorakhpur UP so they can make fraud licences....please inform the government so that the new machine for providing card licences can be issued to gorakhpur RTO office

they generally answer that machine for providing card licence is out of order and is been out of order for more than 7 years...and still goin on....

I made my DL 10 years back with manual paper .I want to now convert in to smart card becaouse now a days every where india accept smart card only they don't believe with old style DL.But i am surprised when i went to apply for smart card DL, gorakhpur RTO office still not provide smart card DL.

I made my DL 12+ years back with manual paper .I want to now convert in to Smart Card becaouse now a days every where in india accept smart card only they don't believe with old style DL. Many time I went to RTO office but every time they told me Machine impaired, Gorakhpur RTO office still not provide smart card DL. Plz
