I am regularly chasing / calling Mr. John Babu (M –[protected] in Hyderabad & Mr.Sandip (M – [protected]) in delhi for the same & most of the time they did not picked up my call Or if they picked up, response is as usual that they will call me back with final status within 1 or 2 hours but that since last 6 months that hours never comes.

After a long long chase with Agarwal Packers & ur visit after a month of receiving the material regarding survey of my damage household items.

Find below the complete mail trail & attached estimate for Double Bed repair & polish & bill of floor mattress (Kalin).



Before your visit/survey some of the below items which I repaired -



1. Double Bed - Estimate attached.



2. Bed Mattress - I asked one local shopkeeper. He is ready to exchange with a extra payment Rs.2500/- (Size 6 X 4) i.e. near about 50% of my mattress cost.



3. Floor Mattress (Kaalin) - Bill attached-



4. Freeze LG - Repaired @ Rs.400/-.



5. Washing Machine - Repaired @ Rs.550/-.



You are requested to do the needful solutions at the earliest.

Dear John,



Further to the conversation had with you regarding damage of my household items during transfer from Bhubaneswar to Delhi.

I have booked the same on 11/07/09 & received on 22/07/09 GC No. - 4014126. I told / saw all the Items to the people who came for down loading.

They told me that Mr.Sandeep will call & come for inspection & all. Mr.Sandeep came & inspect the same & told me that this case has been forwarded to Insurance Company & you are taking care for the same.



But till date no phone / no visit from any of the insurance company ...



Find below the details of my damage household items -



1. Double Bed - Scratches / Damage on Head side / Ply came out.

I asked the local carpenter to make it ok. The charges he told is Rs.4000/-



2. Bed Matress - Totally damage from both the side. The Foam & Core inside got dislocated. No one will able to sleep on that. Cost Rs.4500/-



3. Floor Matress (Kaalin) - Totally damage. This was simply loaded. Not even packed. Cost Rs.1500/-



4. Freeze LG - Inside Door Broken. Dont know the cost. Have to check with the company OR Locally.



5. Washing Machine - Plastic band broken / Damage on body too. Dont know the cost. Have to check with the company OR Locally.



This time the service was very much poor as per the standard/BRAND NAME of AGARWAL PACKER & MOVERS.



PLS HELP ME & DO THE NEEDFUL SOLUTION AT THE EARLIEST.

Agarwal movers and packers sucks!
Agarwal packers is not professionals, they are very negligent while doing the moving. See below my comments and experience

-- They usually charge higher (at least 25% from others).
-- You will find lot of broken items when you receive the delivery.
-- Be very careful to check AC & Refrigerator, which has compressor. I found them broken at time of receipt and had to pay from my pocket to get those fixed and serviced after delivery.
-- Check your furniture, which you bought readymade. These furnitures are not very sturdy and Agarwal packers don't take care of this properly even after knowing about this.

-- Agarwal packers usually send a carpenter, which will try to fix the broken things. Even though you are not satisfied with fixed item, Agarwal packers don't listen and considers those as good.

-- Agarwal packers have some nexus with insurance and they try to assess damage to bare minimum. They don't pay even the insured amount, even though you have insured those items.

-- Be very careful at time of giving value to insured items, this is given smallest of attention at time of moving.
>> Don't add any value for used cloth and used books or things like that which are not very important.
>> Identify high cost items specifically and put the appropriate value. Don't try to depreciate the value
>> Identify items, which are easy to break and put the appropriate value. Don't try to depreciate the value.

-- Out of turn advise, but very important. DONOT pay whole amount in advance or in post-dated checks. They will try to pressurize but make sure you don't give up. Don'y pay full amount at time of delivery also, wait for settlement or ask them to take money from your settlement. This is your defence.

-- Packers and Unpackers will ask tips at time of loading as though they are not paid. Be very careful and upfront from your packer executive to make it clear. You will easily shell out[protected]/- in this also
I have Booked my Luggage from Kolkata to wadi via Agrawal Packer and Movers total 42 Packages on 17th October 2010 from Kolkata to Wadi .
My luggage has reached in broken condition on 1st Nov at wadi . They have requested that the Damage to the Kolkata office Phone No [protected] and Their National Claim Officer Mr Wadhwa at Phone number : [protected] at Delhi .
There is Damage of My Aquaguard RO Filter, its Motor starter got damaged and My LG Frnt Loading Washing Machine also got damaged .There are other items i.e Mixer and Crockory got damaged . Once split AC has also got damaged .
There are no body came at the luggage delivered address i.e Acc Cement Colony Wadi for accessing the damage and sattling the claim .
I have requested several times to Mr Wadhwa in Delhi and Mr Praveen / Bachchan at Hyderabad office but every time they ignored the complain .
Thes damaged has happend basically due to improper packing as notice by the LG service engineer and Aquaguard Service Engineer .
I ssek your Kind intervention in addressing my problem and sattling the claim .

We disagree with the about the cimment, because my name is Sudip Gupta i shifted my house hold goods from Jalandhar to Patna through agarwal packers and movers.

They have packed well and delovered the goods as per the schedule, and the behaviour of the entire staff is so good.

And they have used Wooden crates for all the electronic items and they have delivered the goods in good condition.

We appriciate their centralized customer care department tracking team which is located at their head office based at Secunderabad is so good they have informed us the status of the goods time to time .

We strongly recomend to use Agarwal packers and movers for any relocation needs, we advised our friends also to use the services and they have also used and they also very happy with the services provided by them.

I have shifted my household things from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar in the month of May 2014.I had total 35 Items in that.They had delivered my almira totally in damaged condition and till now noone from DSR group come to my house to repair the same as I have already done the insurance for my goods. I have followed with the team so many times., Till now Nobody came and repaired the same.
