Respected Sir,

A driver of DTC CNG Low Floor bus, TATA Make, Color Green, Route from Gurgaon to Karolbagh, Time around 9.30 A.M at Tool Tax Gate of Gurgaon- Delhi Boarder, was treating badly with the passengers and abusing me when I said to open the door at Tool Tax Gate to come out the passenger.
I do not know why driver did not want to open the door though the conductor had given the ticket from IFFCO chowk to Tool Gate.
Please take necessary action otherwise one day all drivers will be behaving like this and it would be difficult for passengers to travel in these buses. Also ensure that if conductor give ticket to any passenger then it is necessary for the driver to stop bus and open the door at the stop for which ticket has been given to passenger.
