Non service of DTC bus at route No. 116, 133

I am a resident of rohini, sector 16, Delhi. Since few months we are facing big transportation problem from this area. The DTC Route No.116 and 133 buses are not available in peak hours, whcih results in great deal of inconvenience for the commuters. The shift inchrage is also not taking any adequate step to divert other non plying route buses in these route. You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously & do the needful, so as the commutters thrusting upon the DTC operation won't get cheated.
