I will send one parcel through dtdc vijay cross road branch….docket no.
is A28127800…[protected] I will give local branch …..but parcel not delivered at
bilaspur. When I inquiry about parcel dtdc vijay branch and H.O both ask
me parcel was lost ….i told him give me writern on paper the parcel was lost
but still he not give me and he told me your claim process will start …….but
still not answer from dtdc branch or H.O.
Today I go again on DTDC VIJAY CROSS BRANCH …but branch owner clear told
me we are not responsible for this parcel……maybe its not proper answer ….he
told me we cant give any kind of answer about this parcel and responsible……

IIP Delhi has delivered one parcel on Aug-20-2014 with Tracking no-Z30372064. The parcel not received till date. For this we have approached Sec-63 Mob no [protected] They asked to contact to Sec-7 phone no[protected] they suggest me another no [protected] Mr. Sudhir. We call to Mr. Sudhir and talk to him regarding our Parcel but he did not listion or respond properly and avoid my problem we try so many time but he rejected my call.
You are requested pl solve my problem so that we can received my parcel at the earleast.

dispatched on 21OCT 2014 with docket no K 65113999, till date i
haven't receive the pack which contains cheque books of 2 banks.
please let me know the present status,
because after repleted call to the DTDC office ( PARVAZ COMPLEX,
SHANKAR SETH ROAD) they are not helping me out in this matter.

A parcel from Channel Technologies, Noida, India has been dispatched to me on 9.4.2009 from DTDC courier at my bhilai address, but still not received.when inquiry done by me, the person in charge is not taking any responsibility for the same and saying that its too late now and he can not help on this .As i come to know about the parcel today itself through mail from the company .
