[Resolved]  DTDC — Courier not delivered nor updation of Status

I sent a courier through DTDC courier service on 28th June 2008 to Korba, Chattisgarh. I also varified that if there is a service of DTDC there in Korba. They said that there is a service. Today its 8th July. 10days since courier was delivered. It has not been received yet to the receiver.

I couriered a doc. on 13.05.08, but i surprise that the doc. not delivered now.

Hi thi is phani kumar, i have sent a courier through DTDC on 22 december 2008 from secundrabad, SP road brach to raichur, Kavital (PO), Manvi (TQ).at that time when they are booking the courier they said the service is there but now they r saying service is not there.as of now 31 dec 2008 i didn't get the courier riten. when i am asking to them they r saying to day it will come past three days they r saying like that.

I have sent a letter through DTDC Golkonda X road Hyderabad Airway bill No.N.92504758 booking on
[protected] Destination LONDON. As on date the said letter not delivered . verify the satus on line.the doucument not delivered.I contract by phone No[protected] where the letter booking office, they said to be prursued, and given Reginal Office Telephone.no.[protected], My self conbtract by phone to Sri. Satiesh, on[protected]to[protected] daily, they prusued and given information not delivered, we sent a massage to London and with two or three days to be delivery, as on date[protected] no changes in
status possision, on[protected] my self personal approuch to sri. Satiesh Regional Office, Ameerpet near Sardi studio, Hyderabad.He said email sent to General Manager, Hence I request you kindly look in to the matter and despatched the letter, Otherwise to return back from london, the said letter very important. Consigment submitted on 18th from mangalore (important documents supposed to be submitted by 20th Saturday 5 pm). but the consignment is not delivered till now when I logged this case. Even if we receive now also it is of no use.

This is FRUSTRATING. what kind of COURIER SERVICE is this ?
I believe the regular post reaches at the same time as that of courier.. is this why we pay premium charges ?
Customer Satisfaction Rating : very low.
I will not recommend.

CN V01674431 It came Late. I was badly in need of the documents. They charged extra money with a commitment to deliver within 24 hrs. it came after 55 hrs.
Mr Rupesh (I/C ? Chirag Delhi, DTDC) MISBEHAVED (& in staead asked me to behave properly as I complained to him regarding their delay "TAMIZ SE BAATEY KAR-------") & declined taking responsibility of DTDC, accused "Calcutta DTDC" for all the delay. again kolkata DTDC sent the document on the same day it was couriered. so, ?????Who is going to take the responsibility???...I think...DTDC service provideres and that means, for us, the local contact persons...but they are not at all cooperative.
Is it the custom of DTDC officers to shoulder off responsibility & devalue customers interest???
You will find a complaint book in the internet site of DTDC but, after you have filled it up and going to submit, it would display "the site is under reconstruction"!!!...you will also find the name of some other contact persons...but, if you send any e mail hardly you will get any reply back!!

One dak sent by Mr.Sudhir Duche from Pune to Dewas 0n[protected] thru docket no.p10666064 but to day is[protected] till I have not reccd the same what is the use of parcel sent by courier.

I suppose to get a letter sent from Bangalore by July10. But its more than 1.5 months, I do not get that.

I followed up DTDC branch in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for more than 20 days. Its ridiculous that he does not give any proper response. Its like regular basis calling to him.
I am fed up with DTDC service.

Also the Helpline numbers in Ghaziabad are busy, not reachable etc.

I am a resident of Mandya. The DTDC office is hardly 4 - 5 Kms from my residence. Today I received a call from your office to tell that a letter has come from Bangalore. I was asked to take delivery at your office. The reason is - there is no service. I cannot understand what it means. Please let me know as to what is the radial distance from the city to deliver the consignment to the addressee.
Same thing happened about one or two months back. One letter which came from Sirsi was sent back for the same reason. Your Mysore office staff had requested the Mandya office to deliver the letter. But your Mandya staff was adamant and sent it back.
I am a senior citizen and it is very difficult for me to go and get it.
I feel it is not proper on your concern to give a reason like this at the delivery point, instead they should not have accepted the consignment at the booking point. Having accepted at the booking point, they should deliver the consignment at the delivery address.

HOW MUCH TIME DTDC WILL TAKE TO DELIVER FROM MADHEPURA TO PATNA

I have booked courier number K77070792 on 27th from Madhepura to Patna 30th has passed now but it is still not delivered. May I know how much time DTDC will take. DTDC should shut down there service from Madhepura.
