[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Mail Handling and Theft of Consignment | |
On 30th of December, 2008, I mailed a greeting card to Kolkata from DTDC's Magarpatta (Pune) brance, . Inside the envelope, there were some gift vouchers and some other valuable papers. It reached Kolkata on 1st of Jan, 2009 and handed over to the proper person. But inside the envelope, there were only the greeting card, all other items were stolen. It was quite clear from the envelope that it was opened before delivering. Its not the first time the same happened with me regarding DTDC. 1 year ago I posted a calculator, and it was declared also. But the same was stolen too. DTDC is full of corrupt employees/franchaises or the company dont care about customer. Was this information helpful? | |

I was called to receive the returned product but when i came to receive the product the item WD 2TB Hard Disk Blue Color was missing and instead of that stones were present inside the returned packet.
The item was shipped on 1st October 2014 and was to be delivered till deadline 8th October. As per the online status it is showing that the delviery was attempted on 6th October but the concerned person was not available though the address was correct.
While shipping the item was opened and verified by the DTDC Supervisor Mr.Prakash Ghatbande and was again packed and shipped and the shipping receipt was provided to me. The tracking number is F08325934. When i received the item i opened it in front of Mr.Prakash Ghatbande as it was given by him only to me. That time we both saw that there was Hard Disk Missing and instead of that Stones were sent.
As discussed, please find the attached snaps of the stones sent instead of Hard disk. The delivery address was of Haryana as below :-
