[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Delayed services

dear sir i have booked an document on[protected] at bangalore to guntakal today the date is[protected] it was not yet delevered when checked it was gone to vijayawada from there to hyderabad then to kurnool i dont know when it will reach to guntakal for delay it will cost me 400 Rs for one day to the said date it has to be delevered who is responsible for this.CN No.B00290347 my mob no.[protected] pl check it as early as possible

Hello people even i am facing the same problem i had ordered a toy on a shopping site and the the seller had couriered that toy to me through DTDC and he had mailed me the airway number. According to it it is specified that that the parcel would be delivered on Oct 11 but today it is oct 16 and it has still not been delivered, ok i accept that there was 2 holidays in between but also they must deliverd it by oct 15, And i am really disappointed with there service and i am very Sorry to say this .

DTDC services are so pathetic and the customer care executives are sick. The address for delivery is on a college address and the customer care executive says it has taken 4 days to deliver as the door is continuously locked. Which college on the earth has a door which is locked. I know this is a favourite answer which the executives are trained to answer but before answering please have a look at the address of delivery. Sorry state..

DTDC — Delay of Parcel

I have booked my parcel from gurgaon to roorkee (Haridwar) on dated 27.4.15 at 8pm. but still it is not reached to destination after 4 days.

IN 6 days parcel not reached at destination

go to hell with dtdc, all my feeling destroyed by DTDC

Booked a courier on 3rd Sep 16 from Kolencherry to Kakkanad(Just 30km distance)but after three days passed no information regarding the same.
Also no response from customer care no and local DTDC offices .

Stop your business.. go to hell..why you giving problems to customers.
