Kimco Rubbers, Meerut has despatched a packet in the name of Track Manufacturing Co Pvt Ltd, 3, Asia House , K G Marg, Connaught Place New Delhi through Madhur Courier vide their AWB No. 84756138 dtd 28.12.2007. The packet not delivered to the addressee so far. Please let us know the status and delivery time at the earliest.

I have despatched a courier vide[protected] on april 18, 2009 from jaipur to Jodhpur .

Till date there is no delivery made to the destination further the contact numbers shown at the Blazeflash Branches are not correct which makes us uncomfortable with this company ...

No proper respaonse at customer care also gives a very bad impression about the compnay.

I have to receive some parcel that has been dispatched through DTDC courier.
My consignment no. is M50898989.
When i call on there customer care he is saying your packet is delivered on 15th march 2010 when i confirmed him where he delivered then I come to know that my parcel is delivered on wrong place.
SO 16th day over and till date I have not received my packet.

i sent courier from bangalore to delhi via DTDC on 7th june'10, it reached their delhi office in one day. its been 4 days since then and they have not delivered it yet. After repetedly calling their office in canaught place new delhi., nothing was done. first they take hours pick the phone and then their executive will assure you of immediate deliver, but nothing will happen.

We regret to inform that our party M/s Press Tools Industries Pvt. Ltd., D-103, Buland Shahar Road, Industrial Area, GHAZIABAD – 201 001.Ph – 0120 –[protected] had booked the document on 09.10.2010 vide docket No. Z[protected] from Ghaziabad to M/s Indian Sucrose Limited, Mukerian, Punjab. But the same document has not been reached at Mukeiran so far. On enquired by our party from Ghaziabad and replied the courier that the document has miss-routed by mistake. If the courier will take one week of time, then we can send the document through speed post/ Regd as the by posts is taken 3-4 days time. Due to late delivery of document, the company sufferred the losses, whch containing important documents for despatch of material to party from our site. Please note that our is seasonal industry for manufacturing of sugar, the crushing season is approaching very fast to start.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter personally and take the necessary suitable action against the concerned defaulter franchise/ person of your company, which is damaging the image of your compay.

Non deliverey of DTDC courier : Jabalpur

2. The above courier have been recd by Jabapur your office on 28 Feb 2011, but not delivered by your to concerned address till date. The details of concerned address as under : -

My son Anurag Negi, C/O India T.V. (Mob [protected] ), is making complaints to the DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. for fake delevery of goods, which was sent by his brother from Mumbai and supposed to reach at our Delhi address, 67 Him Vihar Appts, 8- I.P. Extn., Delhi-92, on[protected]. But the said company is not taking interest and nothing has done so far to compensate for lost goods.

I am Hitender Yadav serving at Ranikhet. On 04 May 11 at 1445hrs I book a courier for my brothers address Gurgaon (HR)) Token No - Z32474266 because it is urgently require, as per my information given on DTDC site my courier reached at Gurgaon on 06 May 11 but it is not delivered till 7 May 11. on 7 evening I visit DTDC office (Shope No 3, Apna Bazar Gurgaon) but it is closed, on 8 May at 10 am I again visit local DTDC office but it is closed after that I and mentioned my complaint at DTDC site feedback form after that on 9th evening after 5pm DTDC Personnel contact my brother at his mob no mentioned on courier and info about courier but that time he left his office so he request he take courier at 11th morning because he is out of station but when he visit again your local office on 11th morning DTDC rep told our courier return. He mentioned office is always close but my office is always open till 0900h to 5 pm everyday expt Sunday.

Now I request pl inquiry this matter and inform me the following questions bcoz now I want take legal action against this :-

(a) How much time your company require for courier delivery from Ranikhet to Gurgaon.

(b) Why my courier NOT deliver on 6th or 7th and 8th May when it is reached Gurgaon
on 6th May.

(c) Why NOT your rep contact me at my mob No given by me on 6th , 7th 8th May and
before return my couriers.

(d) Who is responsible for delay.

(e) Why not I registered a complaint in Consumer Court against negligencey of service.

(f) Why nobody reply my mails
Pl reply me urgently.

sir, nobody reply my mails from DTDC side on 30 Jun they return my courier.

I sent 3 consignments to different places via DTDC on 14th August from Delhi as follows:
1. Z[protected] Rohtak
2.Z[protected] Rohtak
3.Z[protected] Yamunanagar

The consignment reached to their respective offices on 16th August.!!

However until 21st August they were not delivered to the concerned persons!!

Please deliver it soon.!

Never expected such a pathetic service from DTDC!!

Myself Prateek Jain has courier a parcel through DTDC, Courier, Agra to Gurgaon on 23rd September, 2014 but the parcel has not reached yet to the concerned person.

The parcel contain medicines as the concerned person's health is not so well so I had sent this on urgent basis and they were committed that courier will reach on next day but the courier is not received yet.Moreover I had contact there Number of times but always reply a same answer that let we try to coordinate at gurgaon office and will revert you back accordingly but no revert answer came from that side.

This the worst ever courier service I have experienced. I really do not know what the management is doing. Its better to close such courier services in India.

I have send a courier from DTDC courier services Pune branch to Narora on the 1st of November 2014, which was supposed to be delivered by thursday 6th Nov 2014.
But the courier hasn't reached the destination yet, on tracking it's showing in Delhi
On calling the customer care, no response.
After much delay my sister called at Aligarh office and told that she will collect the courier herself to which they agreed. Now when she went all the way to Aligarh from Narora, they say that the courier has been returned.
It's been almost one month now and no exact status of my courier.
