[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Parcel Not delivered

not delivered the package sent by dtdc

With ref to our docket number D01113703 Dt. 16.06.2009 send to banglore but till now not deliver to party

I send so important parcel from Dharuhera (Rewari) on 03.07.09 for 106-107, 1st floor vardhman market ram vihar Delhi & i did not get its delivery report even fifth day. I am so harashed from your service.Docket no. was Q8987297.I will never use your courier service in my life.

I have booked a Consignment/Parcel on 16th January 2013. But the Consignment is not yet delivered nor it has been returned to me. I think these people uses the goods for themselves whenever they want. The DTDC Consignment number is K60076306. Anyone can check it on www.dtdc.in . Please help me. The Consignment is very important.

Dear Sir,
I booked a parcel containing medicine for my mother from DTDC Shivane Warje Pune office on 8th March. Docket No P22333548. It was comitted that it will be delivered within 2 days. But till today 16th March still not deliver to its destination Bhopal. I enquired Pune office, but they are not giving supporting answer. I enquired with their regional office, corproate office but no response from then.
Please suggest how to go in this matter. If I want to file consumer case, where to approach.

Such a hopeless service I never expect from DTDC.

Please help me this this matter & get my parcel deliver through DTDC.

HAVE YOU REALLY LOST THE PARCEL?

I Alpa Mehta staying in Pune had sent a parcel to my mother in Chennai with Consignment Number P29903408 on 14th November 2014. My contact number is [protected]. This parcel is not yet received in Chennai. I sent dry medicine to my mom. It was not costly but I had ordered from Surat my native place. Urgent documents sent by express service. Online status says 'delivered' but the parcel has not been received. The documents are very important and needs to be submitted today. No one is responding properly. Worst courier service experience ever.
