[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Non delivery

Never send any Consignemnt through DTDC and also advice people around to do the same.

i have sent a courier to new delhi on 19th september 2010 after when i wanted to know the status of my courier it shows the consignment number is invalid.the number is K42165259

Missing Item from courier Sent
I have sent a courier from Noida, two boxes eye plus stock to kanpur. But the recipient only got one box & other one box is missing.
This type of things is not expected from such a good courier service .It is highly disappointiment.
I Complaint about this to the seniors but no action has been taken from there side.
Customers suffer because of this and there is no one to listen to there grievances

DTDC Courier — Document Missing

This is to inform you that I have couriered my document from Bangalore to Kolkata. The document contained personal and important information and was delivered in an opened condition. The document was opened by the DTDC staff and all the side of the envelop was torn. The document was just in a state of falling down. The is an act of stealing personal information and not acceptable. The staff was mis-behaving after delivering the document. e did not tell his name. DTDC should compensate for the loss to the consumer.

This is an extremely sensitive issue and DTDC should find and remove the staff who has done this.
It is extremely unsafe to deliver the courier service and I will never recommend any on to use DTDC.

your service person is very arrogant, today 9/7/2011 the courier person who was coming to deliver my document, i asked reason to him for late delivery .so on that he replied very arrogantly, and he told that from next time onwards he will not deliver any parcel to me and if it comes to him then throw it into gutter, my documents no. this is not the right way to talk with the customers he spoked with me in a very harsh language. I suggest you to, restigate that man from service .i hope u will look out at my request seriously and help me out for the inconvinient.

DTDC Courier — Courier sent on Aug 6, 2011 and has returned back, but still with DTDC

Sir/Madam,

I had couriered a parcel on August 6, 2011 with the CN No – B74634090. The courier has not reached yet and when checked the status on your tracking site, it says it has returned back to Bangalore. But I have still not received it, and when checked with the Destination office, they say they couriered it back for return on August 10, 2011 and it would have by now reached back the original office where it was couriered from. I have checked the office from where I placed the courier they say it has till not reached Bangalore. I am not sure how long it takes to deliver the courier, when it has already been 16 days now.
On top of that, the website reflects, that the courier has reached Koramangala office and the status says “Returned to Shipper”, whereas I haven’t received it yet and no one in your office knows about it. The Chamrajpet guys at[protected],[protected], the customer care guys at[protected] keep on disconnecting the call or do not pick up the call. This is the worst of service I have ever experienced from an international courier company.
When inquired in the Koramangala branch, from where it was couriered, they say it has not reached Bangalore. I really wonder, is the website wrong, or is your staf[censored]naware.
It was an urgent courier, which had to be reached in time, as it was a wrong product shipped by the company and now, if I do not courier it back, I will not get the refund for my product. Even after writing several number of emails on this, which has even been marked to their senior manager, I have still not received any response. Seems as if the company is not at all bother about customer’s pain.

DTDC Courier — Delay in Delivery and Non Response

Please think twice before using any courier service as you end up paying more and also your packet will be subjected to delay in delivery. To make matters worse, these courier service providers do not even respond to your phone call or have the courtesy of responding to your email. On the contrary, Speed Post service of India Post is excellent in terms of cost and promptness in delivery. I was badly bitten by DTDC, Chennai and Mumbai recently in terms of delayed delivery, non response to phone calls and emails and cheating in terms of charging. I was charged for air mail and the packet was sent by surface mail.

DTDC Courier — Arijit Sil

I have send a parcel on 9th Feb, 2012 through DTDC from Secunderabad, A.P. to cuttack , Orissa bearing consignment no. H95854296. Though the tracking record showing it is in transit and reached at cuttack office on 12th Feb, but it has not been delivered till today on 22nd Feb, 2012 at the destination.

I am not satisfied with DTDC as they have delayed my consignment (Conc No.H[protected] and still has not been delivered.

Sir as per the Con.no R08421935 dated 2.11.2012 I have sent a courier to Mr.KEN Kunhammed to Trivandrum from Chittur franchise.The courier has not delivered to the concerned party.I have complained the Ernakulam and Palakkad DTDc authorities.But unfortunately the courier has not either delivered to the party nor to me so far.
This kind of performance of the concerned parties effect the reputation of your company.

DTDC Courier — Non-Delivery of Package

I sent a package from Banglore to Siliguri on November 7th from the bangalore office. Company never delivered the package, they sent the package back to the booking office even without contacting the consignee. I sent email to the customer service, never received any response. When I called up te customer care center in bangalore, they told me that the 'company policy does not allow them to send the package back the originator., someone needs to collect it from the whitefield office' ...this is so stupid, they take customers money and never deliver it,.... never use DTDC.....worst courier service......

Stardot Star courier is the worst courier company.

They do not respond to calls / I tried almost everything .. called them .. mailed them .. everything but they didnt responded ..

They were not able to deliver my courier from chennai to Ghaziabad, till date.. its been 7 days now .. pathetic.. i call to then reguarlary, .. used there feedback form .. called these stupids and .. but no body responded...
firstly when i call to stardot star courier then they saying that he not received fron chennai, now after 7 days they are saying ur courier returns due to door close, they all are fraud.

One of the worst servive i have ever faced. Booked a courier at Munekolala, Marathahalli DTDC courier centre on 30th Jan 2013 to Tamil address.
Till now 6th Feb 2013 the courier has not been despatched..
