[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Non delivery

This is the way of service from your end ?????????

I hope my mail was clear enough where in i had asked for the feedback for the above mentioned tracking id surprisingly till date i never received a feedback from any one of your executive.

Also a very big surprising feedback i got from you franchisee ( chowringhee road ) and i had not seen any regret from them that the product was not yet deliver but the same was showing deliver on 22nd. i am bound to inform you that the person was setting in the office ( the mobile no updated in your system, which i got from your call center ) he has to get a lesson how to speak with the clients.

please check on the same and deliver the product asap or else i will have to bound to take a action on the same basically against the franchisee.

DTDC Courier — DTDC Stole my pen drive

Have sent some confidential information in pen drive and books via DTDC courier around two days back, to my surprise the the courier reaches the destination with envelope torn and pen drive missing. Just a word of caution, don't want any one of you to lose your valuables. My CN number was B01501952

DTDC Courier — not deliver consignment from last 5 months

i am shridhar golande, i send couriar from dtdc couriar on 10 jully from baramati to satara but till date not ressived that couriar .i take folla-up last 5 month but they r not co-oprate, l.i give writing complant to him but not take action .last 15 day they r not ressive phone also .plz take action

DTDC Courier — Not delivery of courier

DTDC Courrier with consignment no B08539600 has been booked in the name of me by Mr.B V Krishna Rao from Bangalore to reach me at Bilaspur, CG on 02.04.2014. As per Internet tracking system, it reached Bilaspur on 06.04.2014 but till today 08.04.2014 I have not received it.

We have booked two courier packet for our Guwahati office as Z26340967 &amp; Z26340968 ON DT 07.07.14. But still we have not received the packet. Please reply [protected]@alcobrew.com

it is very bad service

I ordered my consignment from p&amp;g and they handed over the same to DTDC on 28th June 2014. It's 23rd July 2014 today but i have not received my product for poor and pathetic service of DTDC. I called numerous times to their customer care, only once my call was attended. After that they never receive calls. I called Mr. Amit ([protected]) for help. He is Head of the bhiwandi branch. He indformed That due to some Is happening to their system, consignment Is getting delayed and will be delivered by 2-3 days. Another week passed i still not got my consignment and not received any further communication. They do not receive calls at their call center. Their online tracking system does not work. I am just helpless now. My order id is - X[protected]. My contact no. Is - [protected].

There have been 2 instances where I had to bear the terrible service of DTDC courier. Most of the times there site does not work properly. Even if it works, the status is not the latest one. In my last shipment, it kept showing out for delivery for 2 weeks. If you call their customer care number, no body picks up. After trying for 12-15 times, someone did pick the phone, after he took the consignment number from me, he disconnected the call. Though they boast about their online tracking and customer care call centre.. Its useless..

I belive DTDC is SUCH a worst NO improvement!!! SUCH A WOST SERVICE THEY ARE DOING!!!

10DAYS GOT OVER TILL NOW THE COURIER HAS NOT DELIVRED. THAT TOO IN DELHI METRO CITY.

My package was booked from mumbai to Gurgaon in the last week of April-15 but when we checked the status on site that was showing IN TRANSIT. But after lot of complaints on delhi and gurgaon customer care but bobody has responded. When checked today the status of my three couriers out of which two are showing delivered but not a single have been recieved yet. They people are updated wrong status on their site. And when you asked about your pakage they will never respond to you. Very fed up from DTDC services.

Courier lying since last month 16 feb after so many calls n emails they didn't delivered my courier. Not they stop picking my calls too
