one of the worst courier service is expressit.the employs are so irresponsible.

Our client Gujarat Gas Corp. Ltd dispatched courier by DTDC. Till date we have not received...

Upon tracking this number on their site it shows OUT For Delivery.
DTDC is USELESS, and their service is HORRIBLE !!!

i too was suppose to receive a consignment. it was not delivered and the customer care are not willing to talk. they some times say that system is not working and sometimes just dont take the call. very frustating, need to contact customer care.

i was suppose to receive a courier carrying my university's offer letter and prospectus was back...as it was posted on 22nd July from Global Opportunities Delhi having track no. z72969788, but its very sad to see that today is 1st of September and still i haven't received it...!!! i can't even track my courier through your poor tracking service...can you please give the details of current status of my courier...i need it very urgently..!!!

dtdc delivery value — courier not sent

Sir my name is Karan and i am doing C.A.. I sent my importent admission form of B.com 2nd year of K.U.K by DTDC courier service[ shakarpur branch] they promised me to send the documents within two days but now they are saying that they can't send documents. Due to this i can't submit my form on due date and now i will be charged some extra fee sir i belong to a poor family and i told them to give some compensation and they refused to it and they also not returned my documents and my money. Please take immediate action i shall be obliged to you for this

docet no is T[protected], this docet is most urgent so plz arrange delivery the material, and theire is no tracking detail on- line system plz fact(means till day theire is no tracking of my abobe docket) your tracking system from which we can find ur costmer fast detail of his docet.

Through Net Tacking I came to know that docket reached to your local Francisee having mail id branchamd.[protected]@dtdc.com. I phoned him and asked to deliver the same then he replied that "you have to collect the same docket from my office"

You are requested to ensure th delivery of same docket at mentioned address.

Today the 29/9/08 the courier person who was coming to deliver my HDFC BANK PIN NUMBER He is charging to us Rs 10 for delivery and when my parents are refused to give the money because the courier is not to pay. He has taken back the courirr with him so please teell me why it is happening i want a solid reason for this why you peoples are playig with bank and customer too.

This courier was not delivered untill 4th November 4:00 PM
Normally it takes only 2 working days to deliver the courier from Bangalore to Mangalore.And Government Post take 3 to 4 working days where as a private courier company DTDC takes 5 days and still not able to deliver the material.
Mr. Subramaniam claims that he is the manager regional of DTDC in bangalore and he has no answer other than false promises.
If this manager himself is so irresponsible then how the company should be.
I have still not recieved my courier as of now and i am going to complain this in consumer court.

Please guys never trust this DTDC courier for your impoortant documents.

Hi,

I am calling on the number [protected] of DTDC - Noida Sec 63 Branch/Franchise for Status of My POD. The Phone is either out of service/ Or not workling what so ever be the case, its not first time in past also two or three times I got the same problem with DTDC Courier service, What is the meaning of a service which is taking care of communication without any communication contact point. its really bad & make a question against these kind of service provider. I got another number from DTDC main Branch, the person on that number, Why don't you call an Inquiry that too in a very rude manner. Question is you are a part of service Provider & Knowingly that your inquiry service is not working from long time & you are shouting a Customer.

Please, If you are taking money from a customer, provide right kind of satisfaction & attitude, else it will bring you down.
Resolve Issue ASAP .
