[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — 19 days on; my 25 books have not been delivered in Mumbai, sent from Kolkata | |||
DTDC is the worst courier service; not recommended to anyone at all. Earlier they had delivered our books in damaged condition. This time it is worse. I had sent 25 complimentary books on behalf of my publishing company to the author. The 25 books (1 package) were sent through DTDC Courier on 12 October 2010; tracking no. D04102982. Till today; 19 days over; the package has not been delivered in the Mumbai address. Neither anyone contacted me about it.
