I would like to bring to your notice that the shipment number #R07452279 which was booked from Cochin on 26th May 2012 was only delivered on 1st June 2012(30mins back from this email).
Considering DTDC history with previous deliveries, I kind of expected the delay in delivery based on my experience. I had constantly followed up with the following numbers without much success. Phone : 080 - 30080113 / 9341627946 / 32021341.
Only the mobile number 9341627946 answered the call and asked me to call at other numbers which never responded to any calls.
Finally when I firmly updated the mobile number attendee of the fabulous support I was getting from DTDC team, he passed the phone to a representative even though he always claimed he was out of office.
I was given another number(080-65791353) and asked to contact them for delivery. The lady representative who had attended the call asked me to give my address so that the package could be delivered which I could understand now since the package is being torn and opened by the DTDC team which leaves it difficult to read the address. After checking couple of times with this number she promised me that the package will be delivered.
Finally when the package was delivered, the envelope was torn terribly and seems the box inside also was forced opened by DTDC company. Please find attached the pictures of the shape in which the package was delivered. The medical prescription and details from doctor was attached to the outer cover of the package itself to make you understand the significance. Since it contained my medicines which I was badly in need of due to severe chest infection that I was suffering from, I would require a valid justification from DTDC end for the delay and damage to the package. |
