[Resolved]  DTDC — NON AVAILABILITY OF OF HOHO BUS

Ticket PNR:DLHHOHO[protected] dated 5.10.10 was booked for 4 adults for Rs.1,200/- for Delhi Tour on 10.10.10, with pickup point from HOHO Center-Baba Kharak Singh Marg (Route-Circle One). On 10.10.10, we were not allowed to reach the given pick up point as the area was totally cordoned by armed forces for conducting cyling race of CWG 2010. After that we reached the Qutab Minar HOHO point at about 9.45 AM and waited for 2 hours i.e. upto 12AM, but no bus passed through the point. On enquiry from the security personnel on duty at that point confirmed that on the date no HOHO bus was plying and we could not avail the bus. As there is no provision for cancellation of the ticket we could not cancel the same & get refund. It is requested to please arrange refund of the money immediately.
