[Resolved]  DTDC — Not delivered

One of my relative sent me a courier through DTDC from Guntur to Hyderabad. So far the consignment is not delivered, but the status in online was showing "delivered". I spoke to the DTDC folks according to them it was delivered at some wrong address. I raised a complaint and sent out mails to the customer care, but so far no response from the DTDC team.

Please suggest me how to proceed on this...

I have booked a parcel on 17 oct for pune from Kharagpur. My consignment number is K72427493.
