DTDC — Non Receipt Of Material | |||
Hi Am forwarded one courier on 01/10/2010 from jaipur (Rajastan) to Srikakulam (Andhrapradesh) till to day it was not reached even hyderabad. after consulting DTDC Cust.care center onething noticed that DTDC courier services also also don't knw where the package is. My Consignment No. Is Z22129621. in DTDC poetal it shows Forwarded to Hyderabad but till today it was not forwarded. that DTDC officials also not taking care about that parcel. because thay didn't bother about that documents. totally worst service. am visited 10 to 15 times to DTDC office at jaipur for knwing my courier details they simply said that packet was missed. how it is possible?
