Good day Sir/Madam, My Brother had sent a package from my native place in Karnataka to Bangalore by DTDC Courier Service - AWB No. B94848345 on the 16th/17th of June 2013. As of today have not received the same while their website shows delivered. No one from the company is even responding to my mails. Communication messages attached for your reference. Kindly advise the courier service to be understanding and respond to customer messages. My consignment no. is K35564113 from Naihati to Bilaspur C.G.The consignment is despatched on 08.07.09 from Naihati/Kolkat, but though it is arrived at Bilaspur it is not delivered so far due to poor delivery system.
Parcel Service — Non delivery
Dear sir,We have booked one parcel from Mumbai office the docket Number of the booking is
[protected] which was booked for Guwahati on 03/09/2009. It was made clear to the mumbai office
of Overnight Express that this parcel is urgent and it should reach here by 05/09/2009.
After repeated querry no body is able to track the parcel , where it has gone and when it will
arrive is uncertain.
Kindly help us on this regard.
