DEAR ALL
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT A RAKHI I SENT ON 3/8/9 WHICH WAS PICKED UP FROM DWARKA ON 3/8/9. I WAS TOLD NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR AT MAX ON 5/8/9. BUT DESPITED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS IT STILL HAS NOT REACHED THE DESTINATION. PLEASE SEE THE LINK BELOW TO SEE THE STATUS.

WHAT IS THE ACTION THAT CAN BE TAKEN??? IS THEIR A GOVENMENT AUTHORITY WHICH CAN FINE THEM??

DTDC is a cheating company.
They took 10 days to deliver a docket send from TVM to Alleppy-ie 170 Kms apart.

They have no proper consumer/ customer care system.I have been sending mails regularly and spend above Rs1000/ to get a reply.Even the CMD is playing hide and seek,

People with similar experinece are requested to Contact me with details at

I am planning to go ahead with filing case for their total negative attitude.

They have a non existent customer care, and worse all their branch code numbers do not work EVER.
The international tariff rates vary so drastically from one franchisee, mainly because they do NOT have a proper shipping rate policy.
The whole organisation seems to be operating in shade, with almost no one looking responsible or contactable for any information of or further querying. The complaint system they have on their website is just for show as after several complaints (for which they even provide a docket number) are never answered. Even emailing them for shipping rates query is futile as they have never emailed back.
One can only wonder how such a company in guise of courier services must be easily getting used by criminal elements for their nefarious uses in absence of any responsible representative and with impunity from the government agencies that should be keeping tab on such errant operators.

I, Premkumar Nambiar had used your services to get a Birthday greetings card delivered to my daughter, Lakshmi Premkumar. Vide CN No. H42458729 on 20th Mar 2014. This was to be sent from Hyderabad to Bangalore. It has not been delivered to her yet.

This was to be delivered by 23rd Mar. Its not delivered yet. Even if it gets delivered now, its a week too late. I did not await DTDC paying Rs 80 for delivering this greeting card...might as well get it done at Rs 5/- through postal service.

Courier not received, sent in the wrong state

Hi, I send a courier from Pune to Bina (Madhya Pradesh) my docekt no is D18470268 dated 20/10/2014. The current status says, it has been in AHMEDABAD since Mon, Oct, 20, 2014 11:12 PM. Kindly look into this.
