WHILE CONTACTED THE DTDC OFFICE AT PUNE, OVER PHONE, THE CONSIGNEE WAS NOT GIVEN PROPER RESPONSE. PLEASE LET US KNOW THE FATE OF THE CONSIGNMENT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
