Hi,

this is regarding Consigment num: Z24019537

i am expecting a consigment which is booked on 1st Nov, 2010 from Delhi to Pune,

as of today(9th nov, 2010) i did't recieved the consigment.. it has a very costly product. i tried to contact DTDC pune office many times but they are playing it as a ball game between each other.

what is the need to use such a good brand value if they wont care your delievery..

i had couple of bad experiences with DTDC.. and DTDC CC is pathetic
