Dear all contractors and companies related with Afghanistan and Iraq, irrespective of whichever company- be it Dyncorp, Sodexho, Supreme, Ecolog, Agility and GCC.
It is true that the recruiting agents take money to provide manpower to these companies in Afghanistan ranging anywhere from minimum 500 USD till 3000 USD, the reason being these recruiting agents having manpower licence (however big) does not have full database thereby they are dependent on the sub agents and small time brokers who manipulate the poor candidates- The recruitng agents and the sub agents and these brokers are in nexus with each other and they know pretty well what they are doing. Even some of the HRD staff of these Afghan companies have a share because without their consent these things cannot go on.
As for me Mohammed Rehan from Kolkata got the contract to supply manpower to Dyncorp and started off taking interview in Mumbai, Cochin and Kolkata mentioning all around us that it is a free recruitment but something or other happened with the World Wide Recruiting Manager Dave Henry did not complete the process from reason not known to us ( I sent many of my friends without charging a penny on my own personal capacity) but our contract was not fulfilled and the work contract went to Asmacs- whereas Asmacs is also charging below the table and manipulating the medical charge and claiming to do insurance for the candidates by charging exhorbitantly i.e. medical for Rs. 12, 000 and insurance coverage expenses ranging from Rs. 6, 000 to 8, 000/- and Asmacs sub agent Bobby Roy was charging another Rs. 10, 000 extra./ So as far as I think the Recruiting Manager Worldwide is prertty aware of this happening as he said that investigations were done and still now Asmacs are supplying manpower and it is pretty clear as to why we not choosen to complete the complete even though all the formalities to be a registered supplier was processed by him itself in Delhi in February 2010.
So apart from claiming that we were the only recruiting agents there is no one in India who wont take money or manipulate the poor candidates.
Another comment for the above mentioned guys who have complained about premier taking money. Yes the minimum charge is Rs. 20, 000 and the maximum through sub agents in West Bengal and brokers in West Bengal are charging for this same game an amount of Rs. 50, 000 till 1, 00, 000 Rs. and it is true.
The candidates who is complaining is not a candidate himself but a competitor otherwise do he has the guts to disclose his real name and address. I want to face him directly.
This type of thing is going under the very nose of the company, agents and sub agents and no one can stop it. That is the main conclusion.

I forgot to mention one thing, the contract was not signed between me and dyncorp but i introduced the Worldwide Recruiting Manager to Unique Managment of Mumbai and the deal went ahead quite a few steps until it stopped.

T^he fact is that no one is supposed to pay a penny to any agent except for the medical fee which is to be done independently when asked by the agent and then it will be reimbursed also (if not the company rules have changed) otherwise Dyncorp doesn't welcome any agents who takes money as a service charge. The recruitment is absolutely free for dyncorp.(This is one good thing of dyncorp rules and regulations).
Therefore if you have paid your agent Al Fahad in Kerala- they are trying to dupe you and I dont think they are in association with Dyncorp directly. In total as you said they are charging you 85000 rupees which is really not surpirsing to me as because it is the trend in India- people are greedy and cheaters. Therefore I think you are in the verge of getting cheated.
Do one thing complain directly to dyncorp hotmail where complaints are registered and a direct call would come to you from States asking you about that and the person on the other side will help you out. Meanwhile if you a copy of the money receipt then scan it to them and try to find out whether This Al Fahad is working for someone else for dyncorp or not.

You applied on March friend and you did not get any offer letter, you know three of my friends who were supposed to go alongwith me by January, they got their offer letter but they did not get any response till date to join their duties, they even completed their medicals and had their medicals sent to crowne plaza Kuwait - neither they got the job nor they got reimbursed for their medicals. Imagine their plight. They waited and are still waiting to get employed with Dyncorp.
It is not only who are interested to work for this company but many are waiting- so many are getting duped and cheated- you just cant imagine their state of agony.
You did not get the offer letter because there might be no vacancy after the interview or was filled by Expats and more than that you did not get the offer letter.
IS SOMEONE ON THE TOP OF DYNCORP HEARING AND READING ALL THIS? - JUSTICE IS FAR AWAY- WE ALL CAN JUST HOPE FOR THE BEST.
As you all know Asmacs and Tanissa Overseas of Delhi has the contract to supply. Tanissa was ok for few months, but then there are people inside the company where the staffs are charging Rs. 2000 i.e. 47 dollars asking the candidates to get their bio-datas or resumes upgraded to their style and those candidates who are wiling to pay stands a better chance to get offer letters from the company, and then today i came to know that there is someone in Delhi who is charging 2 laks to give employment with dyncorp.
Dear you dont know what change Dyncorp has done to the market of India. People are waiting since long period to get employed with dyncorp, people who did not get the offers letter and people who got the offer letters too are in the line for a positive response from the company.
Therefore Dear forget about getting your offer letter from Asmacs and go ahead in search of any other job in any other company- just dont sit idle- look out for a better prospect in other places.
That is my advise.
Dyncorp wants documented proof about the fraud - but who is going to provide that- people wont diclose even if they have to pay large amount to get themselves inducted into Dyncorp- so there is no chances that these frauds can be stopped even though this fraud will go on forever till the contract for Afghanistan ceases to exist with Dyncorp.
You applied on March friend and you did not get any offer letter, you know three of my friends who were supposed to go alongwith me by January, they got their offer letter but they did not get any response till date to join their duties, they even completed their medicals and had their medicals sent to crowne plaza Kuwait - neither they got the job nor they got reimbursed for their medicals. Imagine their plight. They waited and are still waiting to get employed with Dyncorp.
It is not only who are interested to work for this company but many are waiting- so many are getting duped and cheated- you just cant imagine their state of agony.
You did not get the offer letter because there might be no vacancy after the interview or was filled by Expats and more than that you did not get the offer letter.

As you all know Asmacs and Tanissa Overseas of Delhi has the contract to supply. Tanissa was ok for few months, but then there are people inside the company where the staffs are charging Rs. 2000 i.e. 47 dollars asking the candidates to get their bio-datas or resumes upgraded to their style and those candidates who are wiling to pay stands a better chance to get offer letters from the company, and then today i came to know that there is someone in Delhi who is charging 2 laks to give employment with dyncorp.
Dear you dont know what change Dyncorp has done to the market of India. People are waiting since long period to get employed with dyncorp, people who did not get the offers letter and people who got the offer letters too are in the line for a positive response from the company.
Therefore Dear forget about getting your offer letter from Asmacs and go ahead in search of any other job in any other company- just dont sit idle- look out for a better prospect in other places.
That is my advise.

dear sir,i have sent one courier from our Rt nagar outlet on 13/02/09, the consignee is apacher, #143, 1st floor, raheja arcade, 5th block, kormangla industrial area, blr-95. your call center people are not able to speak English or hindi.anyways what i understand is they cannon deliver because of continuous door lock.how its possible for a MNC like apacer to keep their door lock for almost 15 days ??!! i confirmed with the concern person of apacer, they told me the same thing.. i didnt even receive it back.. its caring important document, i want it back as soon as possible..and please keep some smart people at your organization. please do the needful.
