earn20.com — fraud site taking money as registration fee....and not giving money back

i have deposited rs1500/-...they promised me to earn as much money.as the no of email-id u have...but the process is not working properly....as the conformation message is not reaching to the inbox of email id's.......they are cheaters .many poor students invest their money to get a part time job .....but they are making others fool and just ignor them.plz arrest these people and refund our money plz.i m a very poor student .........india is not that much weak in its law...........plz arrest these guys and save innocent people.
