Failing to provide allottment letter
I booked 2 flats in Earth Towne (Noida Extension) and at the time of booking a person who claimed to be General Manager directly from the company 9Amit Tiwari) and his manager Shalini Singh they both agreed that they will book a flat for me in their project if I deposit 10% of the total cost of the flat. They both agreed that they will issue me an allottment letter as soon as the cheque is cleared from the bank. To which I agreed and deposited 10% of the total cost and since then I am repeatedly trying to contact both of these loosers but they are either not responding or telling that they are out of town. When visited head office in Karol bagh, Executuve to CEO (Bushra) said that as this case has been dealt by NOida brach so I need to contact Amit Tiwari or Shalini Singh directly. They both are transferring me from pillar to post since last one month. It was also agreed at the time of booking that only 10% will be payable at present, 80% will be financed by the bank and rest 10% they will demand when the project will be complete, but now they have issued a letter to me demanding 20% (out of which 10% has already been deposited) and the letter says that if I fail to deposit this amount then will cancel the booking. Actually what I understand from all this episode is that as the prices of that area has increased drastically, they just dont want to offer me that particular flat and sell it to someone else at higher rates to earn more profit. If anyone planning to buy a flat in Earth Towne, please think 4-5 rather 45 times before investing. I am sure you are going to invest savings of your lifetime(like me) and your dream home will remain a dream which never may become truth. So beware. Thanks & Regards

I am agree with you. I have booked two shops on 23 june 2010. Shalini Singh have provided the booking receipt on 6 august .Now they are giving me verbal assurance.They still don't have any brouchures for shop court.
They only asking for rest of the amount without proper paperwork.As, intially they promised me to show the sanction plan after 10% payment, they have only provided the layout plan which they have changed once.Kindly beware who are planning to invest in earth infra projects or already invested.
I am planning to sue them. As, they think we people can't do anything.

I am totaly agreed with you guys even we had 2 booking on 18 may 2010 but till know we dont get aney allotment letter wen ever we called them they keep on telling sir server is down, our system show ur booking but no allotment and know they are telling no loan you have to take clp so what i find its worthless to have a home in eart towne so better taking my cheque back and going into brand

Hi Hemant and Delhi guys, First of all I would like to thank you for sharing your views and experience. I would like to add on top of the lousy customer service, I recently visited their office and to my utter shock I was informed that the house that I booked that tower plan has been changed to flats of bigger area and they can not offer that same flat anymore. They are planning to offer me a different flat in some different building. Disgusting. So wat all I understood from this episode is that they were already aware of the fact that they can not offer me a flat in tower A1 bbut they just asked me to deposit money in their project and now they want me to change my booking. Loosers. To add another name in the list Vice President customer services assured me that he will revert to me by Monday evening 1600 hours and till Tuesday (guess wat?) his phone is switched off... how can a person at a position of Vice President can switch off his phone? No wonder its Earth's Office (Anything can happen). Another warning to all ... BEWARE.

Hello eveyone, I have booked a flat of 995 sq ft in earth towne on flexi payment plan, I have recieved booking confirmation for the said flat in earth towne. My experience with earth towne people is so far good and for every one 's knowledge construction work has been started on 24th oct 2010

Have you received the Allotmwent letter (Agreement letter)??
I booked a flat in Eath towne under Flexi payment mode.
Now they are asking me to pay 40% in order to get the allotment letter. 10% i have already paid at the time of booking and no allotment letter was issued.
Now they are asking me to pay 30% before 15th Nov in order to get the allotment letter or they will change my Flexi Plan tio Construction linked.
I have to take bank loan for making a payment of 30% and without allotment in my hands it is impossible to get a loan.
I have checked with other builders and they have issued allowment letters to their customers once the 10% booking amount was received.
I have seen such case with Earth only.
The last option now i have is to cancel my booking with Earth, instead there are much better options available in Noida Extension then Earth.
The only reason i booked the flat with Earth was their infrastruture otherwise i was nopt in a mood to take risk with a new builder.

Hi All,
I have booked one Flat in Earth Towne direct from their Noida office and initially they confirmed me the Flat No, with location looking into which we paid them the booking amount of 10% of the cost of the flat. When they sent me the confirmation, it is wrong flat that they have registered in my name. After a lot of arguement I could not successed to get that corner flat at groud floor. However, their executive / officer assured me that they will try their best to change the location if possible. In the meanwhile I have paid almost 30% of the flat but till date they are not signing any Builder Buyer Agreement. They are asking 40% and telling me that after realising of the 40% amount they will give me the date for BBA.
They organized the Bhumi Poojan on 24th October, 2010 but have not informed us abount the programme. Though I have visited the site on the day but around 12:00 Noon but till that time the programme was closed. Some bombay artist performed at the Show and Mr. Vikash Gupta addressed the dealer (gathering). The draw as promised earlier would be held in the month of November 2010 as adivsed by one of the broker.
As claimed by some one that the construction have been started but I do not think so. However in the meantime on 'GroundTruth' portal I came to know that their project as planned earlier have been changed and the carpet area load is increased, resulting which we will now be provided with less covered area than the original booking and have to pay the total amount as mentioned in the application form. It is also predicted that the project is going to delay for quite a lot.

This is with reference to my above comment regarding Mr. Rajender Arora. hereby, I would like to add that his behaviour so far has been very understanding, friendly and Co-operative. The above note (ONLY REGARDING MR. RAJENDER ARORA) was added by me due to all my frustration that I experienced with Earth Town. Although there has been no resolution to my initial complaint, but his personal behaviour has always been very professional, friendly and co-operative. I hope that all those who got a chance to interact with him will agree to this and Mr. Arora will deffinately forgive my unprofessional comment. (If not professionaly atleast considering me younger and forgiveable). If any one in the above list has any issues reagarding Earth Town, please contact him, it will help him to understand the issues that we are facing. He can then be a speak to the management on our behalf.

If anyone from Earth Towne (apart from Mr. Rajender Arora) is reading these reviews, Please let us know when on earth are you planning to provide us the allottment letters. Continously I am receiving your demand letters for the balance payment but can you please try and understand that for the rest of the payments we have to arrange for a bnak loan and unfortunately our bank's do not run on word of mouth trust. They would need an allottment letter in order to release the payments in your favour. Unless you receive balance payments you will cancel our bookings and unless you provide allottment letters we are unable to get the loans approved and payments released. Isn't it a catc 22 situation. For GOD's sake please stand up from your luxury chairs, start working, give us a resolution. For you it may be a simple construction of a building but for us its a DREAM HOME which we are planning to purchase from our HARD EARNED money. CEO of this company is so incompetent that he is not even aware of what is happening within his office. Mr CEO why dont you think that you should resign if you are failing to deliver what is least expected.

I call My realstate agent, through which i booked my 1395 sq.ft flat, he told me for some time they stopped giving allotment letter. Even I am also worried.Also they have not invited us in Bhumi Poojan.Also there in no updates on lucky draw, I think its also sales technics.
I got my receipt for 10% payment, but no allotment letter.
Is this project bankable or not yet ??
Is work really started, I heared some where that it will start by 5th Dec.

We are not getting allotment letters bcoz the site layout plan has changed. The earlier site map was not pass from authority bcoz they launched 4 bhk adjcent to C4 tower, Now their new site layout plan has been passed from authority and the const. work will start after 15 dec and the allotment letter will be issued after that.

I booked my Flat in Tower C4. So whatever was earlier told to us will be changed due to the change in layout plan? I have heard that the loading has also been increased (Super-area VS Carpet Area), so shall we be provided with the same carpet area as told to us earlier?
Though I have paid almost 40% of the payment, still I have not recd the Builder Buyer Agreement till date. I have been told by some of their staff that the excavation work on the site will be started from 20th December, 2010 and the Agreement will be signed there after. I am waiting for the day.

Dear all
i am fully agree with all of you. the earth towne people have made all promises just to sell their unit. I have booked one unit 1395sqft in tower E1 and paid 10% at the time of booking but apart from booking confirmation letter they have not issued me anything ( Allotment letter issued by them does not contain any Flat no. so of no use & no Buyers Builder agreement till date). From starting i am in CLP plan but now they called me & said that my booking is under some TLP plan & to get it converted into CLP i have to pay some extra sum to them. How can they charge for converting an existing CLP plan into CLP ???
Yesterday i visited the site. Where other builders - Amrapali, Supertech etc has started their construction work, Earth towne people have just digged at 2-3 places to show that their excavation work has been started but they are lagging far behind other builders.
i am not sure whether they have the land in their name or not ???

Very kindly note, we have absolutely no dispute of any kind with any of the authority and business is going as normal.
Of course, we agree there is some delay, in project implementation, due to factual cause of modification in the plan, caused by the authorities, upon their critical examination and interpretation of the plans, earlier submitted. However, the good thing is that the matter has now been resolved and the New Approved Plan is expected, somewhere in January, 2010.
And immediately upon the plan approval the required flat documents would be issued to you.
Also The management is fully effortful and rigorously following up in the matter, to ensure the start of construction, at the soonest possible.
The installment payments, as per the agreed time schedule are not being made by some of the customers and this delay has also affected the project implementation. However, the recovery process is being fastened up, now.
We assure you of our total transparency and fair deal, always. We sincerely request you to please understand the project delay is due to genuine circumstances and should not be construed as cause of concern.

Its good new for Earth investors... :D, Even today I went to the Earth office and got my confirmation letter, they are in the process to release allotment letter. It will take 10 days to do so...

Hi guys, am Navneet from Vikas puri, New Delhi.9711147072...i visited the site of Earth Town at Noida Plot No.4 Sector - 1 on this saturday 25.12.2010 n found that the constructions of the sample flats are in process...
i wont tell me that i have already done the booking of the same...n recheck the things, they told me that rate of the 540sqft to 1195sqft are increased to Rs.150/- EACH. 1395 is totally booked, 1795 & 2295 which was not in there broucher is also included but on old rates...they have not told me anything about the changing in layout plan but they told me that the Naksha of the same is registered with Noida Authority and they are in the process of giving allotment letters coz i also not received the same till date and i also given them 20% amount.
Then I visited there noida office, which is in Noida Sector-16. One thing more i checked with them is that if all of you have booked your flat with the help of any dealer then checked the booking rate of your flat from the company because there are some fake dealers in the market who give you discount more that 13%.
Now there is a delay in the construction and they are not been able to give us the possession by 2013.

My story also same, I've booked my flats in Earth Towne through UNICORN INVESTMENT SOLUTION but
after booking of my flat when I've asked them to provide my documents receiept, allotment letter they
started make me a fool and giving lots of excuses nobody listen me neither UNICORN nor EARTH. And the Shalini including other members of Earth are biggest liar DO NOT BOOK FLAT IN EARTH TOWNE AND ALSO NEVER GO THROUGH UNICORDN
And both UNICORN AND EARTH made such kind of circumustances where finally on 31st december i've
decided to get refund my money & I've emailed Earth to get my money refund as well as talked to them over ph but now they are not listening me.
