Failing to provide allottment letter
I booked 2 flats in Earth Towne (Noida Extension) and at the time of booking a person who claimed to be General Manager directly from the company 9Amit Tiwari) and his manager Shalini Singh they both agreed that they will book a flat for me in their project if I deposit 10% of the total cost of the flat. They both agreed that they will issue me an allottment letter as soon as the cheque is cleared from the bank. To which I agreed and deposited 10% of the total cost and since then I am repeatedly trying to contact both of these loosers but they are either not responding or telling that they are out of town. When visited head office in Karol bagh, Executuve to CEO (Bushra) said that as this case has been dealt by NOida brach so I need to contact Amit Tiwari or Shalini Singh directly. They both are transferring me from pillar to post since last one month. It was also agreed at the time of booking that only 10% will be payable at present, 80% will be financed by the bank and rest 10% they will demand when the project will be complete, but now they have issued a letter to me demanding 20% (out of which 10% has already been deposited) and the letter says that if I fail to deposit this amount then will cancel the booking. Actually what I understand from all this episode is that as the prices of that area has increased drastically, they just dont want to offer me that particular flat and sell it to someone else at higher rates to earn more profit. If anyone planning to buy a flat in Earth Towne, please think 4-5 rather 45 times before investing. I am sure you are going to invest savings of your lifetime(like me) and your dream home will remain a dream which never may become truth. So beware. Thanks & Regards

I have suffered after booking a flat in Earth Towne in Noida extn. I booked the unit on 6th floor in B5 tower as per their old layout in June...i followed up with the company for BBA and there was no answer provided by the company. Now in dec i came to know that earth has changed the complete layout and increased the flat area. Also they were demanding next installment of 30% without providing the legal documents i.e. BBA. I have update till march 10 and there was no BBA provided to the customers. I asked them regarding the new unit of mine as per the new layout and they said no unit has been allocated to you. I mailed to Mr. arora about this situation and told him that i have the loan sanction letter but the bank is not disbursing the amount just bcoz there are no legal documents that are provided by Earth Infra...Mr Arora replied and wanted to have the scan copy of the sanction letter. i mailed him the copy on March 23 and till now i have got no replies from him...
This is sure that the earth infra is cheating their old customer’s just bcoz the prices of that area has increased and they have new customers ready to buy at higher costs. Also, i have the information that those who booked their flats on lower floors are now getting them at higher floors i.e. who booked on 1st floor is getting the unit on 11 floor. Big Cheating with the customers. Not sure if earth completes the project what will be quality of this project. so be aware,
I have already cancelled my unit and got the refund cheque on 11 April after waiting for 1 month and 10 days after submitting the application.
I would say...don’t go with Earth Infra.

The same case is with me.I've given 15% as required by the LICHFL but still I've been waiting for the BBA letter.Now ET is asking me 30% and asking me to pay remaining 15% otherwise they will charge 1.5% interest.I'm also determined to pay only after getting the BBA letter.

I think Earth infra management does not know how to do business. There end users are suffering. Earth Infra is not a customer friendly company. They are Agent/broker friendly.

Hi Guys, Earth infra is full of cheaters(sales, marketing, admin departments etc.).
I booked my flat in last may and still i don't get the agreement letter for loan disbursal.
My loan validity has also expired and LIC will re-validate this amount on current rate which is .75% more then last one.

Earth infra has now started a new drama of increased price...they have increased their price from 2100 (flexi) to 2450 (flexi)...i think no other builder amrapali nirala supertech has increased price in last 2-3 months...earth infra just want to stop their booking cancellations by showing that the prices have increased where as the ground fact is this the price of other builders is still in between 1800-2100 under flexi...earth infra is big time cheater...get your money back..i have done so and have invested the money in Amrapali terrace homes

However we would like to appraise you of the reason and GENUINE causes attributed, in compelling us, to opt for the change in plan and corresponding marginal increase of cost. Also a project update is appended below for your ready reference, please:-
Kindly note, the plan has been changed due to technical reasons and under severe forced circumstances. Whereas, we had absolutely no desire or intention, to do so and did tried our level best to hold back the earlier plan.
However, very kindly note, the existing plan is much better then the previous one. The management has reduced the Floor wise unit numbers from 6 to 4 and has made all the units corner units and three side open with an objective to increase the ventilation and enhance the presence of nature, in each flat. Simultaneously, two families are reduced which would result in reduction of even congestion on each floor and so on there are lot other benefits to the customers. In turn a little increase in the paid area, I am sure you would agree, is justified. Trust us, we are customer friendly and we are effortful to ensure, a really ""state of the art project"" for our all customers.
Kindly note, the company had all good intentions to give alllotments to all the customers who booked their units. Of course if the company is asking for the due amount, you would agree that is as per the terms agreed, mutually. Now in fact the time has come when everything is getting into the shape and full scale activity has been initiated, the outcome is fully visible and the Construction update with photographs are available on our website and they are updated on weekly basis.
We are sure of your satisfaction, with our above submission. We are NOW FULLY THROUGH AND WOULD DELIVER YOU ""THE BEST POSSIBLE"".

Thank you very much for the feed back and the booking. Sir you had given just 10% and opted for the flexi payment plan and availed Rs.150/- psft rate CASH discount with an agreement to pay the remaining 30% within 60 days which you never paid. Reagrding consideration of your Loan sanction letter, we would like to remind you we did that also and requested you to pay differential payments, which too was not paid. Now after taking the refund, you are calling company a cheat is unfair.Hopefully the situation is fully clarified. WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DESIST FROM ACCUSING THE COMPANY, AND you are doing all this after taking the refund of your booking.

Hello Arti,
Thank you very much for the feed back, kindly note, the electric installation charges is free but the electric connection and instrument cost is chargeable. No the covered Car Parking is not mandatory and the open car parking is free. IFMS, at present is not being charged.Lease rent has been apportioned according to your opted payment plan. The club membership if you don't opt for, it would not be chargeable. Hope your asked for information is fully provided to you.

My booking was cancelled in Earth Town because of 13 % of total payment (approx 10000 less payment of 15 % ) management (Ms Taruna ) told me if we cancelled your flat (which is booked in July 2010 ) we get 1300000 lac profit as per new payment plan. Bulk cancellation (480 buyers) is ready for 10 of august other wise buyers opt new payment plan.

IF A COMPANY "NOT EVEN PROPERLY ESTABLISHED" IS HANDLING ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, THEN GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL BE ITS FUTURE...THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERED THAT THEIR FIRST EVER PROJECT ITSELF IS STUCK AND THEY ARE ILL TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR IMAGE..
