I sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We respect your full co operation, always. Your concerns are our concerns and we assure you of our full assistance, always.
However we would like to appraise you of the reason and GENUINE causes attributed, in compelling us, to opt for the change in plan and corresponding marginal increase of cost. Also a project update is appended below for your ready reference, please:-
Kindly note, the plan has been changed due to technical reasons and under severe forced circumstances. Whereas, we had absolutely no desire or intention, to do so and did tried our level best to hold back the earlier plan.
However, very kindly note, the existing plan is much better then the previous one. The management has reduced the Floor wise unit numbers from 6 to 4 and has made all the units corner units and three side open with an objective to increase the ventilation and enhance the presence of nature, in each flat. Simultaneously, two families are reduced which would result in reduction of even congestion on each floor and so on there are lot other benefits to the customers. In turn a little increase in the paid area, I am sure you would agree, is justified. Trust us, we are customer friendly and we are effortful to ensure, a really ""state of the art project"" for our all customers.
Kindly note, the company had all good intentions to give alllotments to all the customers who booked their units. Of course if the company is asking for the due amount, you would agree that is as per the terms agreed, mutually. Now in fact the time has come when everything is getting into the shape and full scale activity has been initiated, the outcome is fully visible and the Construction update with photographs are available on our website and they are updated on weekly basis.
We are sure of your satisfaction, with our above submission. We are NOW FULLY THROUGH AND WOULD DELIVER YOU ""THE BEST POSSIBLE"".

I am in the early stages of investing in Earth Towne.
I appreciate that you are responding personally to people on this forum. It's good to see the management being interested in serving the customers properly. Here is my question pertaining to Harish's complaint. I understand the compelling circumstances to change the floor plans to make improvements.
But I still do not understand why this massive delay in sending people their BBA documents, especially since people need them to get their loans. I am hearing too many complaints about people not receiving their BBA's. And its a bit of a concern to me as an investor.

I had booked a flat in Earth Towne in the initial years of booking and was waiting for start of construction. There were assurances from the management that there wont b much delays. Anyway, I continued with it and my loan was sanctioned. Thereafter despite repeated visits to the Karol bagh office (which was very inconvenient as I reside outside Delhi) and mails i was not given BBA. Also I booked the flat on 4th floor but later they first shifted me to 6th floor and then 19th floor citing some rubbish reason. Now people are telling me that the project has been completed in December 2014. I got a mail from the Earth Infra for final clearance, when i again asked for the BBA there was no response. Now i got a mail regarding cancellation of the unit. This is total fraud and cheating. After years of wait this is what i get. These people shoudnt be spared. Looking at my experience, some other people who were willing to invest in Earth projects are backing out. I would like to contact some other customers too who are facing such problem. Please if there is somebody else with similar problem contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

Am booked one studio apartment at the BSP of Rs.3500/- in year 2011. till date we have paid Rs, 9.75 lacs, now date 26/10/15 we have received the demand letter to pay service tax amount of Rs, 29000/- on urgent basis.
Inspite of contacating helpdesk, sending mail as well but we have not get any reply for the same.
Hope by looking this note earth managmement will take care for this, and call me on my cell.

This is sure that the earth infra is cheating their old customer’s just bcoz the prices of that area has increased and they have new customers ready to buy at higher costs. Also, i have the information that those who booked their flats on lower floors are now getting them at higher floors i.e. who booked on 1st floor is getting the unit on 11 floor. Big Cheating with the customers. Not sure if earth completes the project what will be quality of this project. so be aware,
I have already cancelled my unit and got the refund cheque on 11 April after waiting for 1 month and 10 days after submitting the application.
I would say...don’t go with Earth Infra.
