building map has not passed

hi,i have booked a flat in reath towne 995 sq ft g noida,i already paid 10% of booking amount and rest i have applied for loan.my loan has sanctioned but they are not disbursing my 2nd instalment because earth towne building map has not passed from the g noida authority.
can anyone tell me when it will get pass becuase 2 month earlier eart towne send me a
letter asking for my 2nd installment.

Please file a case with ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING UP that is part of CID who look after such kind of cases like fraud builder, cheating etc. I've also launced a complaint through email

I totally agree with you and I ready to go legal with them. They are changing their layouts and plans daily and their maps are not approved with any bank that's why no bank is providing loan on their project. Let's join and form a forum

Kindly note we have received Map and other approvals and you may please collect the hard copies from our office or may provide us your mail ID, we would send you the scanned copies.
Further note, even the construction had started way back in December, 2010 and is going on very well in full swing, kindly drop in at the site personally and have the spot assessment.
Hope that full clarity prevails now.
