FRAUD BUILDER

I have booked a flat in Eastend Athena Noida Ext. they have alloted me 4th floor. but now they r forcing me to take 11th floor. they have not given any allotment letter. their employees not taking care of customers. construction not started yet.

HE IS A FRAUD.

Dear Sahil,

I do not agree to what ever you have said, I personally know the developer and they are the best in what ever they commit and deliver. I would suggest you to please check the delivered projects of the builder like - Eastend (Indirapuram), Connoisseur (Gurgaon) & Souvenir (Gurgaon) which are one of the best projects in and around Delhi NCR.

Please do not broadcast such message on the medium like this as it effects the project.

Kindly share your contact number and the name in which the booking has been done and I will make sure if incase you have any concern it will be taken care.

Pooja please let us know on what basis you have arrived to this conclusion.

Broadcasting such messages is incorrect from your side which affects the image of the builder.

The builder is a fraud. It has various complaints regarding the previous projects. It is going to delay it for many years. Also It is mentioned on the site that it can change the prices without prior notice. Not to be trusted anymore.

We are in 2012 april and till date excavation has not started, even in coming months there is no scope. What is your say on this.

Till date builder has not received NCR certification. whereas the booking started in early 2011 and still you values his commitment.

Kindly motivate us on this.

Mr Khan...go and check Souvenir site...ppl who booked their flat in Souvenir are also feeling same...they are waiting for their flats to get completed since last 4 years... Very slow builder... Souvenir has mearly 100 flats And this noida is a very big project...not sure if he will take more than 10-15 years to start even...

Mr Khan.. You cannot be trusted.. as you are the person who make false commitments. We have booked the flat at Souvenier and it has been delayed. We are in regular follow up n you commited the schedule for completion..It is not done till date..

Do you understand the hard earned money we are paying for the intrests and in return getting your false promises... Stop give eveyone fake assurances and help in getting this projects completed ASAP.

The Builder has gone through many hurdles, it is easy said than done. Moreover the builder firm got dissolved due to personal issues and have been allotted land respectively. To give you a further update from Builder lobby the work will start by the 2nd week of January 2013. You gotta trust me on this. This builder will now build the group housing with great speed as compared to the others in the same belt. Wait for further update :)

I just recently have spoken to one of the representative of this group...they now say that they have now changed the project name with just half of the land it earlier has... God knows what lies the way ahead... God knows what they will make & when they will start...
This company has lots of problems...i guess...
