Easyinsuranceindia — Renewal of policy of two wheeler

contact ID 16_6_2013_5_5970, I purchased two wheeler's renewal policy spending Rs.878/- from oriental through easyinsuranceindia on 20/05/2013. Previous insurance was from oriental insurance. copy of previous insurance was also sent on their demand on 21/05/2013. Insurance is expiring on mid night 1/6/2013. Despite of lapse of eight days, I have yet to receive policy. Easyinsuranceindia is silent not giving satisfactory reply. I want get policy before old one expires through this form.
