[Resolved] Ebay India Ltd — ITEM NOT SENT | |
Dear Sir, I have made Credit Card Payment for Ebay item Samsung Mobile handset through PaisaPay Transaction #[protected], on 22/11/2005. The Credit card payment has been approved by PaisaPay Customer Support. The acknowledgement reads as follows: "Dear Mr. Joe M Tellis, This email confirms that you, monthu_in1 (Ebay user ID), have paid buyer_buzz Rs. 3, 800.00 using PaisaPay. Payment details: Item # Item [protected], Title Samsung X430, Quantity new box pack going at rock bottom price 1, Price Rs. 3, 500.00, Subtotal Rs. 3, 500.00. Shipping & Handling: (includes any seller handling fees) Rs. 200.00 Shipping Insurance (not offered): Rs. 100.00, Total: Rs. 3, 800.00 Shipping Information: Shipping Info: Joe M Tellis 22/1, , vaslane 1st cross Mangalore, Mangalore KA 575002 India 2432205. If you have questions about the shipping and tracking of your purchased item or service, please use Contact eBay Member functionality on eBay." On non-receipt of the item, I have complained to Ebay India customer support and Ebay Trust & safety through email and so far i have neither received neither the item, nor the refund nor any positive reply. I had given up in a desperate situation. But when I learnt that ther is a forum to help in such circumstances I had a a ray of hope. at this time they are just finding ways to hold the money with them for maximum time:
1. They Took 3-4+ Weeks to resolve the claim if you are lucky. Till claim is under process they hold Buyer & Seller both payment equally.
2. They credit the remittance to sellers after 14days when buyer confirm the delivery. Plus on the name of account review they just hold all your remittance amount which is in-process for 30days and theres no Gurantee after that. Im a also one of the victim, they holded my remittance amount 405000/- without giving any reason / official email / call and im continuously calling seller care but each time fasle promise and now 30days are crossed but they are still silent. EBAY WEBSITE IS SCAMMER - DONT SELL OR BUY ON EBAY
3. After Refund is processed, it took 2weeks time to get credit
4. C.Care for both buyer and seller is pathetic, they rudely behave to you and you feel like talking with recovery agent, they disconnect call without any fear of seniors who record their calls. every time you connect with new c.c.e and they just give you wrong info with confidence :)
5. they have different departments paisapay team, trust n safety team, selling team, buyer support, powership support but still they are damn slow to resolve the issue. "EBAY is working on old baba adam ke jamane ka format" their loss is increased and profit is decreased just because BUYER and SELLER loosing Trust on eBay.in

whose M.D CEO not interested to listen what exactly sellers n buyers facing issue with them
if today we start polling than 95% people vote against ebay. We need to highlight this issue to Media and Indian Government so that they immediately shutdown the EBAY
