[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund of Rs 5225.00 against cancellation of purchase

I am to say that I paid Rs5225.00 to ebay india via net paisapay on 11.5.09 for purchase o[censored]sed Philips home theatre. Payment was made from ICICIBank Credit card 4477xxxxxxxx1009 by paisapay method on 11.5.09 in favour of ebay.in. The e bay stated that the item will be despatched to my address by 18.5.09orelse the amount will be refunded to buyer by 23.5.09. But so far no refund was made . I request to help me in getting a refund of Rs5225/- from ebay india as they did not despatch the item by due date.
