hard disc — replacement of hard drive under warranty,sl no.5MR6K9AV,

please replace hard drive(barracuda 7200.7, 80 GB) which iis not working.i purchased it on 15.02.2007 from TINSUKIA, ASSAM.
model no-ST380819AS, SL. NO.-5MR6K9AV.

I ordered an item from ebay from the seller mumbaispyshop and send them a DD of 900.It has 3 months over and no reply from them and the item.They have even disabled their contact number.What should i do?Is there any way that i can get my money back ?

I had purchased for an item through EBAY and havent received it yet and they are not responding properly. They never tell me the correct status and always say that the item with reach within 45 days although 45 days are long over. My user id with EBAY is mehtab_munir and the paisa pay id is [protected].
Can you please help me and tell me how to get the refund for the item. I vouch never to deal again with ebay.

hard disc — Item not received

A Hard Disc containing lot of data with regard to IT and TAX has been booked and sent from St. John's Road Bangalore on 25/11/2011 to Shimoga - Skylite Technologies. But till today i.e. 03/12/2011 we have received the courier. The courier booking slip with the POD No. A28067915. We are continously calling all the deaprments in Shimoga and Bangalore. But noone is considereing this request. They are behaving very irresponisle in this matter. Every we are bearing a large amount of tax for not submitting the documents in which the hard disc is containing. Consider this request as a serious matter and do the needful we are dorging a compaint to the police department also with regard to this matter.

I ordered a "Samsung 4gb Micro Sd" in 11 march 2012. Item no. is[protected] and paid the order value 135 rs. Paisapay ID is [protected]. Seller shipped this item in 12 march and provided the shipping details but I not received this item till now. In tracking details shows this item is delivered at another wrong city....My refund request is also rejected....I contacted to seller but they don't reply my mails. My ebay id is ajay98085764....Plz help

My first purchase through ebay was an utter flop. ebay did not bother to brief me about the terrible error in the shipping process. My shipping address was in Kerala 's state capital Thiruvananthapuram and many days after shipping the container has reached imphal and on the eighth day to Delhi etc, etc. One fails to understand the utter failure in despatch. Imphal and kerala & Delhi and Kerala are at the extreme ends of our country. I pity the responsibility in dispatch.

ebay neither intervened in the matter nor made any type of inquiries with me, when I raised the matter with them. Any prudent men would have enquired and briefed the customer on this type of grave errors

I purchased an item " elastic hand brace carpal protector joint and muscles " in eBay item no :[protected],
Paisapay id : [protected]. EBay has not delivered my item yet but they sent email for my email that item has delivered successfully.am connected eBay via email and phone they are not responding correctly.

On Sep 22nd I had ordered a Casio Watch from eBay India and after two working day I received an Address confirmation letter from shipper Mr. Fansopakar via FedEx tracking #[protected]. but after that shipper didn't send me the item so I raised a claim with ebay under Ebay Guarantee. there was no response from Ebay and today, i.e 15th October they closed my claim without resolving the issue as they are adamant that i received the Watch through above mentioned courier but that was just a letter that am attaching here.

i want my hard earn money or product.. eBay just cheated me. there customer service is senseless and pathetic..
