Edigiworld.com — Non delivery of order | |||
I ordered 1 videocon tv through edigiworld.com on 16 dec 2011 order no.46705. They will not accept cash on delivery and i allready paid through debit card option on the same day. After 15days they sent one message stating that they don't have stock and they told to make extra rs.500 for substitute order. I paid that also order no.48494 and send one mail also. Till today 10 jan 2012 i haven't received any message, mail or phone call regarding my order. This is showing the negligence about the customer and they allready collected the amount of rs.4500. And they are not responding. So take necessary action and help to get my order or my money refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hopeless Customer Service.They are enjoying the customer's money without paying any interest for the capital.Good Bussiness...aaa.

This is true. a hopeless, and unorganised customer service.
I ordered online for Kenstar Blendar on Sep 26, 2012 order no #[protected].
On October 1st when I tracked my order in their website www.edigiworld.com
the status was shown as Processing. I rang them up on customer care number
and was told it will be sent to the concerned department. Again I tracked my
order status on october 4th and it was still showing processing. so I again
rang them up and requested them for my order status, they put my call on hold
for 15 min. and later was told it will be sent to concerned department and I will
receive my product in 3 days. On 7th of october, I called them up for my order
and I am told that the product is out of stock... When I bursted on them
my call is taken by the next level and they tried to convice me
witha coupon of Rs.300/- for the next purchase.
