EL Infotech Pvt Ltd - Service Tax and TDS not paying to Gov.

Dear Sir,

EL Infotech Pvt Ltd is selling online education package through Associates and not paying Service Tax on selling products and not showing in there invoices copy. And Same Comapny is deducting TDS from Associates Income but not provide Form 16 to Associates because company have not TAN number and yet not registred with same.

This is to inform regarding the complain registered against the authentication and documents for the genuineness of EL INFOTECH PVT LTD
that company do have all the required certification approved by govt. of INDIA .
