This courier people is giving falls contact phone numbers in net & false status of our courier tracking in their website http://www.elbee.in/faqs.htm

I just want to bring soemthing in your notice that, i did not reciceved my icici credit card so far. I had been dispatched from bank on 15th December 2008 with bill number[protected].
And they have told me to discuss with you r regarding my courier status.

Hope you are hearing. I just want to bring to your notice that ICICI Credit Card was dispatched on 14th Jan 09 and the same could not be delivered till date. I requested again the ICICI Bank and they have dispatched through your esteemed courier again with Tracking No. Airway Bill as[protected]. I have been informed that your person has simply written as door locked which is not correct. I would like to differtiate between gate locked and door locked which your person simply do not know. They were two methods in which he could have contacted us:
(i) one the moment he has seen gate locked (I repeat not door locked)he could have been my Calling Bell also both are together and I am sure he does not have Vision problem.
(ii) he could have contacted my mobile phone No. which is [protected].

I would like to further add that most of the other Courier Agents have delivered many courier without any problem. Then how could your delivering agent can be so dumb and do not see certain at the same place, or for the sake of avoiding delivery to cover up the lost time at other places, simply writes door locked ( i repeat not door locked but gate locked).

I hope this time when he is delivering the above Consignment, you will certainly instruct the two ways which I have suggested to Contact us and the same shall be helpful to many more people who are caught in this situation.

I hope you will give suitable reply to this e-mail and also enable to reach my Courier properly and safely into my hands.

On 5thOct09 i had been sent a courier from HSBC Bank located in Malad to my old address, where i was not residing i.e. Madhumalti Society, B Wing, Flat No.204, Opp Vastu Anand Society, Parsik Nagar, Kalwa Pune Road, Kalwa-400605.

But because of my absence the courier was received by Mr. Ravi as per your information which came back to your branch due to no such person.
