Hi, My Name is Vishal Aggarwal and I live at Flat No 72, Sector - 3, Pocket -A/1, Rohini. Delhi - 85. I have not received election I Card for my wife "Anju Aggarwal" despite so many times filling up of forms and verbal assurance from people visiting from Election Commission. Please suggest.
