My name along with other family member is existing in voting list but I dont have voter ID Card, already applied for voter Id Card in December 2008 but yet not recieved.

Respected Sir,
I had applied for the voter epic card on 21/11/08 for my address as L-98. mhada colony, Godhni (rly) Nagpur 441111, but I am sorry to inform you that till date I have not received the Card and also after repeated visits to the Gram Panchayat office I am not able yo receive the card nor I am able to find my name in the list. On enquiry I was asked to visit the Tehsil office, but the sate of affarirs there was very mesirable and sorry, nobody including the senior officer could help me out and I have been once again asked to visit the Gram Pnachayat office. On visiting I was given five fat volumes of list for searching my name which was a very difficult task and utimately my name does not appear anywhere.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and inform the concerned deparment to take up the matter at the earliest under confirmation to me as who to meet, where to meet, so that I do not waste my and your departments precious time, My contact No. are [protected], [protected], [protected]. sir, my name is added in EPIC list on 2006 but my EPIC card is not recieving by me.what's reason, i don't know. my address is 483-c shivaji gali, chhajjupur, shadara, delhi.

i applied for my voters id on march 2009 i did not get the id .what should i do .and where should i go and collect it.i applied in chennai adyar corperation office.
