[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — Voter Id card

now i m 64 yrs of age and this is the 8th time on which i surrender the dup app form under my id no.up/52/242/0165284

online voter id card givne me.

I have filled the form for the new voter card due to change in my residence address. I just want to the know the status of my voter i card.

My full name is "Nimmee kumari jha", But in voter Id card it is mentioned as " Nimmi Kumari" Even i have filled the correct name at time of applying.So how could i correct the name in Voter Id card ? What is the procedure and where i have to go for this ?
Please giude me.

I got my id card but due to my father's name mistake again i sumbitted with application my id card. so please do the correction for the smae and send me earlier.
