sir i m apply on line voter id card and my family shifted home town (other state)and my family no voter id card in this state how to apply on line apply.plz suggest me

I have alraedy applied for a new voter's identity card for my name (Mr.Ramagya Kumar) in the month of March-2014 from Gorakhpur
But till date we have not received my self voter identity card.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am married to one Gh Nabi Dar S/O Gh Mohd Dar R/O Trichal Pulwama Jammu & Kashmir . I am illitriate and have no election card so for. I and my husband have requested the village electoral official for issue of election card for last four years who is ignoring the request due to personnel gredge. My name has been registered in census in January 2012 vide No[protected] and a copy stands issued vide No 25095 the DEO on 28/01/2012. Now the Parliament Election Polling of District Pulwama is fixed on 24/04/2013 and no election card has not been issued so for. Being a bonofide citizen of India I have right of vote which I could not poll due to personnel gredge of an village election authority means the Election Commission of India is doing so deliberately.
It is brought in to your notice that the concerned authorities may kindly be directed to issue me election card before 24/04/2014 enabling me to cost on 24/04/2014 under an intimation by email.

Sir,
I am sending this mail from MADURAI . Me and my family are living in our own house for the past 18 years so there is no chance of address change. We have been issued Voter id cards during 2006 march. For no reason again we are all invited to apply for a new voter id in 2012. Now we are in posasion of two voter id cards but for the surprise of this high motivated EC we were not allowed to vote in the last Loksaba elections and this site is also not avilable to inform this matter. Dont you think this is a waste of Govt. money which comes from common public and waste of time for an individual who earns his bread by Daily wages for his hard work.
