[Resolved]  election voting card — Correction in voting card

sir,
i have voter id but, you have entered the name as chandra shekar kollaa and date of birth entered as 1988, but my name and date birth is according to 10th mark list kolla chandrasekhar,[protected] respectively.so please correct it and send my voter card to my address.

my address is kornepadu(post), vatticherukuru(mandal), guntur(dist), a.p.

I got new election card with name of Gauri Handmant Vedpathak and address is Near Ninai Mandir A/P- Ond, Tal-Karad insted of My full name is Gauri Hanmant Vedpathak and Address is Near Namdev mandir Kasar Chouk A/P-Ond, Tal-Karad, Dist-Satara, Pin-415111. I have submitt the application for change the name and address of five times but no any action taken from the authority. Please do the needfully.

Dear Sir,

I have registered my name by filling form . I had submitted my photograph also. After 3 months of filling the form, they asked me to come and check whether our name is available in the list. So I went and checked the form, wherein my name was already mentioned. They told me that I will receive the voting card.

But I did not get my Voting card till now

My sister had applied me with itself, but she got the voting card. But the name is mentioned wrong . Her actual name is Collette Leto Lewis, But it is written as Clotilda Lewis (which is my mother's name )

Request you to please revert back as the earliest.
