[Resolved]  Electrolux — not working

microwave purchased on 14/02/07 by m/s mahadev electonics dlf city phase-1 gurgaon.microwave stopped working in aug'08 .a complaint was made to m/s mahadev electronics who forwarded the complaint to electrolux complaint centre.2 days later a technician came n checked the oven n promised to come next day with necessary spares but he never came back till date.we on our own tried to contact the electrolux authorised service centre on given no in the book for gurgaon[protected]/[protected] but no response on these no.after a great difficulty we got a no[protected] to register the complaints which was registerded wide no 5-s[protected].till date ie.31oct08 this is not attended inspite of reminders every 2nd day.i m really disgusted with this type of aftersales servise by a reputed company like electrolux which is known worldwide for its products.i will be the last person to recomend the name to anyone to buy its products.
