[Resolved]  Electrolux — Fridge

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was a reliable customer of your all products and I trusted this brand before I started facing problems with your products.

Its been long I am thinking of writing this letter to you authorities regarding my complaint about the electronic products I am using since last 3+ years.

I have purchased the following goods from your brands from a CSD dealer, Rajat electronics, Palam in Delhi.

1. Washing Machine (Fully automatic) - Kenstar

2. Food Processor - Kenstar

3. Microwave Oven - Kenstar

4. Fridge - Electrolux

5. T.V. - Videocon

I have purchased the above products in Jan'2006 for my marriage. Since beginning, Feb'2006, I have faced problems with many of the products.

1) It was started with Fridge. In Feb'2006, its compressor got damaged and I requested them to replace my fridge. They replaced my fridge with a new fridge, but it was stinking like anything. When I opened the fridge, to my surprise it was having rotten eggs & chapaties inside. How would you feel when you are a pure vegetarian and have such a unbelievable thing in your brand new product. They again replaced it with a different model. I accepted that. But only in 2 years the door started troubling. Its not getting closed properly.

2) Then the problem hit my washing machine & food processor. They replaced the pulley in washing machine in April'2006, as it was in warranty period. I asked for replacing that machine but they refused.

3) Then in April' 2006 my food processor had some smoking inside. The person came from the company & repaired that.

4) I haven't opened my microwave till Feb'2009, as I was already in shock with all these damages. And I knew that it is also a damaged/duplicate one piece, so what's the purpose to see again a damage to your own products which I bought myself. I finally opened the microwave in March'2009 to use it to prepare some recepies for my child. And no wonder it damaged in just 1 months time. I lodged a complaint and as it was not in warranty period, I paid for its repairing. Its fuse & diode got damaged.

5) It was only TV which was working fine in all this phase. I was ok that atleast one product is standing by my side in all this bad phase. But finally, in just 3 years its time came to show its reality. The display is not working. Got it repaired 2 times and again its not working. It was not in warranty period & I paid all the bills. Now just a week before I again got it repaired and as I lost the bill of previous service, I paid again.

Now, you tell me who is wrong here. The company or dealer ?? Did dealer cheat me or the company?? When I talked to dealer, he said they delivered all the products directly form the company. They just send the orders to company & company directly deliver the products at our house. Whom should I contact now?

You must be wondering why I came so late, while I was facing these problems since beginning. I have a reason for that. The whole things I purchased were for my marriage. I am a working lady and didn't get chance to go to the dealer. We were putting up in R.K.Puram and Palam is quite far to that place. I called up those guys and after that their number got changed. Later, I conceived and had a baby. Since then I was busy in my work & family life.

But now when again my T.V, fridge, oven & food processor started giving problem, the all old frustration again heated up. How would you feel at your in-laws place if the things you bought are so problematic. How would you feel when you purchase all these items for your luxury & you find that they are really not luxury but making your life hell. How would you feel when you are busy in work & with your child & the things you really required to ease you are problematic.

Do you have answers to these??? I request you to please guide me through to this phase and don't prompt me to take any legal action against the dealer or the company. Because all this made my life hell.

I had purchased a 325 lt Double Door, in the lower part of the fridge ice is getting deposited. We have complaint twice and a part has been changed but the problem remains the same.The call centre no in not contactable. Even the dealer from whom we had purchased Super Electronics - Vikaspuri New delhi is unable to help guide.What is the use of such a product.

I fully agree with the above complaint. We bought a Kenstar TV which started having problems within 7 months of purchase. The TV is still in the validity period . We raised a complaint which was attended by the service center guy and on observation they told us that they will replace the TV with a Videocon TV. Its been more than 2 months now but nothing has happend.We have contacted the following people till date. These people are incharge for bangalore.

Its my Humble request DO NOT BUY ANY KENSTAR PRODUCTS. They have the WORST CUSTOMER CARE in the World. The products will give problem with the warranty period but you will not get any service for the same.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY buying KENSTAR PRODUCTS.
my microwawe is not working. i think it may be foulty .
Sir, I had purchased a fridge from Electrolux on 03.6.2012 and due to fully out of order I had make a complain on 27.10.2012 vide complain no EKOL[protected] but unfortunately till date no action taken from the company after several request to company as well as dealer from whom I had purchased.
Sir, please help me in this horrible situation for which I have already lost my prestige in my family and society and facing mental harassment for the day to day heavy loss occurred for the faulty fridge from family.
So, you are requested to help me in such a bad condition facing from early morning to late night due to purchased a fridge from a cheater company like ELECTROLUX.
