Electrolux Make Model No.285 ERP Double Door

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No.285 ERP) on 8th April’06 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 102, D.H. Road, Behala, Kolkata-700 034 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. and the servicing has been done by M/s. Millennium Service Centre (Authorized Service Centre of Electrolux Kelvinator), 17, Roy Bahadur Road, Kolkata-700 034.

Recently, the machine has been given to M/s. Millennium on 5th March’08 since the machine was not exhibiting proper cooling. Specially, the lower half was not at all functioning properly and as a result water was coming out from machine all the times. Since then, I have contacted so many times to your officials like Mr. Amlan Ghosh[protected], Mr. Mallick[protected] & Mr. Niraj[protected] and nobody has given satisfactory reply.

They have confessed that they cannot rectify the cooling arrangement from inside rather they proposed to install a condenser outside which is totally non-conventional and the said proposal was rejected by undersigned.

Meanwhile, I have been offered a proposal for replacement of ‘New Freeze’ by paying some extra money after deducting the depreciation amount (two years) from the purchase price of Rs.15, 000/- (April’06). I am not ready to pay the balance amount even as the machine is a defective one from the day. So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Kolkata office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to ICSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator.

230 Deo Fresh Refrigerator From Electrolux. — Not provided the service properly even model is under warranty period.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one refigerator model-230 Deo fresh-210ltrs from Jyoti elctronics kalyan(contact no.-[protected] & [protected]) on dated 31.07.08.The same was having the problem of water leak.The complaint was logged threetimes in customer care from dated 20.04.09.But till date the complaint was not resolved.The complaint nos are THA[protected], THA[protected], THA[protected] etc.
Also the service person visited the house behaves rudely.
Hence I have request you to please help me out to resolve my problem.
(The piece is under warenty period of one year.)

Kelvinator — Not entertain complaint by company service centre under warranty

I have Split 1.5T Kelvinator AC ACK150DX. S.No. 1362. Purchased from Kiran & Co (India), AGra. I have complaint many times but nobody attaining my complaint. Compaint No. AGR[protected], AGR [protected]. I complaint to company call centre [protected]

Dear Sir,
I bought a refrigerator on the 27th of March, 2005. It is an Electrolux 320L Oxymax deluxe. I bought it from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon.
It gave me good service up till the 22nd of April 2009. On the 23rd of April, I registered a complaint with the customer care #[protected]. The complaint # for that complaint is – GUR[protected]. An engineer visited the site and declared the compressor was not working and gave us an estimate of getting a replacement under warranty. We agreed and he said he would be back with the replacement compressor on the 25th.
It has been more than one month. We have made numerous phone calls, talked to many customer care executives at[protected], some supervisors, registered complaints online – sending emails to your customer care site, and we have had no further communication or more importantly any action with this regard.
I will be forced to take action and write to numerous newspapers, as well as, soon file litigation for “deficiency of service & breach of contract”. I really do not have any options left but to sue you for the damages. In the midst of summer we are having to do without a refrigerator that is under warranty with no action or communication from you. It has been over one month, and we shall soon have to buy a new refrigerator because of your company’s callous unprofessional attitudes towards service.
If you are able to get this work done on an emergency and priority basis asap, I will be mollified, and will defer any such actions.

my fridge of 4 years old is again not cooling. it was attended by your for the fourth time in nov08 and every time i end up paying about RS.4000. Your call center is not accessible at 38404040. once i got thro but mr sukhad preet informed that the system is down and that i should again call after one hour. am not able to get thro since then.
My 4 year old fridge is again not cooling. it was last attended for the 4th time by volcare in nov08.
The two door 235L fridge is not cooling in the bottom portion.Every visit has been costing me about Rs 2000.
More over your call center is not reachable at 38404040. The same message is repeated that all executives are busy.Once i managed to get thro but Mr sukhad preet informed that the system is down and that i should try after one hour to get the complaint number.
never seen such a poor response to customer complaints.

Electrolux — not working since last one month

i have purchased one electrolux machine from "Great Eastern "- in sept 2008. it was idle for 4 month because and not performing . i have lodged two complanit. Technician is cominng and check but no work is beig done to start the machine . i request you to take back the machine if it done not work and refund my money so that i can purchase one hassle free waching machine .

Kelvinator Fridge — To repair/ replacement of fridge

I have purchased a fridge on 28 th of march 2008 during oe full waranty fidge run but after 15 months fridge is not making ice
I have complained dealer has written my complaint & a person from the co. came told me that lines in cooling coil is blocked it has to clear & to charge gas given estimate is Rs 800/-- after that i have 3 to 4 times called customer no one came to repair fridge
According to me blockage in cooling coil is due to compressor when compresor dischages gas with oil is stored in cooling is resposible for not making ice
company has given comprssor's 5 year warranty
Please sir what sholud i do & whre shold i complain against responsible person

i would like to drow your attention, i buy or referigrator on 15/5/2007, we are very much please and satisfied with you product,

But from last 8 day there is having some problum in over referigrator and compration is not work onlye its light woking cooling system and all are stop so we can't use over product, we make the complain to your rajkot delor "Neptune Electronics" for the repeir it, but they are just not reply properly. and every day i just give three time recall to your delor but some how the are not properly reply to us.

we are very happy to be the part of the esteem organization but this kind of apporch will spoile the reputation of your organization, i know that this is not folt from you site but the delor are not giveing the proper response so it ultimately effect on your reputation. so i am heartly request to you

I would agree with the complaints. I had bought a Kelvinator Refrigerator in 2003 and its lower part stopped colling while the freezer was still OK. I call up the service centre and they asked me to call 22222222 and get the number of nearest service centre. Upon calling justdial.com they connected me to one Manoj Electronics Customer Care who came to check the refrigerator and informed us the defroster is faulty and one more part needs replacement. Both the parts replaced and we are given a cash memo with one year warranty for both the parts. But refrigerator started giving the same problem after 2 days. When we tried to call the numbers printed on cash memo and techinician who visited us, all the numbers are switched off or not reachable. I felt like cheated. Even we have written to justdial.com to check about this but they don't have any record.

Need assistance to get the refrigerator fixed and aviod such instances in future with other customers.

I am very glad to inform that i have purchased 320 L Capacity Kelvinetor Refrigerator from KALOL DIST-Gandhinagar ( North Gujarat) of Shree Electronics vide BILL no--55 dated 19/5/2008. During the month of Januaary-2009 my Refrigerator is suddenly out of order i lodged the complaint after three days engineer visited my home and reported Compresor faulty so after 10 days i got compresor and my compliant solved. again my refrigerator became faulty after one month again engineer visistedand declare compresor fauly after 20 days lapse again repalce compresor set right after 25 days agian my refrigertaor became faulty agin engineer visited declared compresor faulty agin repalce compresor after one month during 5/7/2009 again my refrigertaor became faulty engineer visited declare compresor faulty VIDE jobno-9299 dated 06/072009. In this Job i written i want only replcement of my Refrigerator even though till to day no any action has been taken
